Forza needs to add statistics, you can’t see how many races you raced, won, top 10’s, Top 5’s,podiums or anything. I hate that I’m racing and can’t see any of my personal stats.

Devon, the best strat for this race is using Mediums > Mediums and Hard. Under no circumstance you should be using the hard tyre throughout the night because that's when the weather cool down and the Hards starts to lose grip. If you go Mediums and Mediums in the first stint and second stint then you will already have a 1 pitstop window lead, make sure you fuel for 6 laps on each stint to get the best time out of those mediums. Good luck
If your such a smart arse explain to me how the fastest in my race in le mans posting 3:40 lap race times was able to go 10 laps before pitting? N then im sure it only pitted cause i called him out over comms as i was in 2nd losing 2 secs a lap yet pitted after 6 laps. Also med tyres wont go three laps round le mans your chattin shite
Hmmm I found that the mediums are starting to loose grip at the end of the fourth lap, so I'm not sure how you make them work over six laps. I'm sure you could go that long but you're going to loose more time taking care of the tire and fighting grip loss. Given that lap time difference is only about 2 seconds, you might as well go for hard and have more consistency. I usually go medium for the first 4 laps to get to the front and then hard 2x to cover the distance with one stint being 7 laps taking a bit care of the tires and one being 6 where I go all out. My best finishing time for the race (did 2 in total) is 1h2min.

This meant the top two lapped the entire field and once they crossed the finish line the rest of the field don't have time to complete their final lap, get a dnf & loose a chunk of driver rating all because of wonky matchmaking. GT7 ends a lapped drivers race when they complete their current lap after the 1st place drivers finishes their last lap. So you usually end up racing one less lap, get marked as +1 lap on the final tally but otherwise don't get punished DR wise because you happened to be in a race with an alien driver. This seems fairer to me than handing out a DNF, especially for tracks that have a longer than normal lap time.
Same problem existed on Forza Horizon (not sure if it was 4 or 5 anymore), where I once was lucky enough to have the Goliath pop up in the multiplayer. We had one driver that was way ahead of all of us and I (together with pretty much the rest of the lobby) was unable to finish the race because of the short time you get after the first one finishes (and to put salt in the wound I was mere meters away from the finish line). It should not be so difficult for the devs to increase the time other players get to finish the race in endurance (or any longer) races. Do they really expect people to all finish within 60 seconds if the race takes an hour? Ridiculous! When I saw the title, I thought I might jump back inthe game, as I imagine I would very much enjoy endurance races, but as I'm fairly slow, I'm pretty sure most of the time I would not even be able to finish, so this is a dealbreaker for me. Another reason not to return to FM.

Yes the launch was bad, yes they lied about built from the ground up stuff, but this game is far from awful. Sure it still has problems but core gameplay is fun
@@br4kecheckdthe first two statements you said immediately killed the game. it needs to get the immediate attention of all the racing playerbase to NOT mess it up, had those two statements been changed (built from the ground up and a great launch) it’d be justifiably neck and neck with Gran Turismo-its main competitor. but because it didn’t, it’s still 2 years behind in terms of gameplay, penalties, and online and career mode. only tracks, car list, and in some cases the graphics are better in FM

In my experience, the backmarkers are either ghosted or they ghosted because it was about to be a high speed collision. What made me mad was the one time I avoided the backmarker, it ghosted. I had to go off track and get a 0.50 second penalty. Oh Forza
I was in that race with you, I was testing how good could endurance be on wheel there, and it did disappoint in part, its good for what it is, but LMU have the best Hypercar LeMans experience at the moment excluding Iracing of course.
After claiming to have rescanned the nordschleife and then copying the FM5 model, this update claims to have updated the kerbs, but most are STILL copied from FM5. The tracks in endurance racing are arguably the most important aspect. The lack of respect for them, and outright lies is appalling.
I think all the cadillac variants are avaliable in this race too. Also I'm having much better races now with the 30 minutes format. People playing on those tend to be way better than the unclean masses in the 8 minutes format.
O tried It after months again but the freaking ugly menu’s and design i just cant play it anymore….. also it still crashes when going back to menu allot. The game is just a disaster and cant be fixed.

I checked out the cars for this lobby, i think it was about.... 6-8 something cars in total, go to the buy/rent menu on car select screen and you'll see the cars for the lobby
Only play single player and the endurance races are pretty ridiculous. The AI turns up in cars a higher class than yours. Manages to do most of the race without pitting with no degrading of performance. There is so much rubber banding it's ridiculous.. and to top it all every time, I exit a race my game crashes. . Yah. Well done turn ten. Just taken a huge step backwards.. something people have looked forward to and you managed to f#£k it up.
@greeny4748 funnily enough that's the one I was doing using that new free porsche. 3 AI pissed off at the start. Managed to catch them and pass ? Then one just sat about 1.5 sec behind me . I had to pit at lap 9 he went to lap 15 and was still catching me up. . Even tried it on level 1 difficulty apparently that makes no difference at all. Why are they in X class when me and the others are in P and R ..
Anyone explain the tyre degradation in this game? Like does it just change per number of laps, and/or what theme the racing is, like when hosting your own why do you have the option for 1x,2x etc ? Also What does online use as default?
Online lobbies have a X6 tyres degradation compare to solo play who runs by default X1. For that specific endurance lobby tho, the degradation is less prononced, I think it's only X3 (speculation on my part for this one). Since the last update, you can now tweak the tires degradation in your own lobby, but it wasn't the case not long ago.
that is some bad stick drift, and tbh it looks like it's more than just drift, since it happens even when you're full lock to the other side, it might be nigh time to get a new controller.
One thing that could be causing the weird turning inputs is if your controller is if its connected with USB sometimes if the connector is loose in the controller it can die for like a 1/4 second and that can cause random inputs.
This is easily my favorite racing series. Yes, even above the excellent Horizon games. I just love the realistic circuit racing simulation. Even though I don't know or understand all the mechanics under the hood of the cars (they REALLY need to offer a "for Dummies" tutorial on engine tuning). With all that said, can someone explain to me why I would sometimes come in first place, but the game would instead award me as 2nd or 5th or any number other than first? I'm playing standard races, not score based. And My position is 1st during that final lap if not several laps. Could this be an annoying glitch? Or am I missing something? I'm playing on the Series S. Thanks in advance.

Had an endurance race but some guy was hacking didn’t pit until lap 10 n i think that was only cause i called him out over comms for cheating🤬its funny how you get “SKILL” points for using it and STM when in fact its the lack of “SKILL” irony 😂
So by that logic, any driver in real life using TCS on their GT3 cars are also unskilled too. Ok tryhard, lets see those trophies since this is a hill you clearly want to die on while drving virtual cars and acting as if this has ANY significant meaning.

They tried TCS in F1 in the early 00’s and every driver hated it as they said n i quote “were not driving they were guiding” Juan Pablo Montoya. Skill is driving WITHOUT ASSISTS this is skill less players using assists to get over lack of skill should imo mean u get eff all skill points in FM its why there are so many crashes skilled vs unskilled

LMU is a hidden gem, most will steer clear because of early access. Give it some more development time and it will surpass iRacing in quality.

The game is still awful. Still have to optimize shaders EVERY TIME i start the game. That takes like 20 minutes. The game is fucking dead to me.

That Silverstone endurance race is absolutely ridiculous, tried doing it in the cadilac and the ai was rockets around there.

Maybe worth investing in a hall effect controller (eliminates stick drift) like the GuliKit KK3 MAX, Flydigi APEX 4 or GameSir G7 SE.

It was USB connected, but it wasn't the best controller so I have replaced it anyway
