I was the AMG GTR on Nurburgring! I was shook by how fast that GT40 was, good racing man
The viper should've gotten a penalty somewhere in the race. tapping you so you either go deep or lose traction.
I think I probably should have gotten one too haha. We were trading punches 👊
it was just hard racing, nothing bad

@@itsamark. Definitely not, every single time the viper was behind him on a turn he was pushing his rear.
This is intentional if you know the penalty system in Forza.
It's the only way to properly spin someone out or push them off track without receiving a penalty and that guy did it on almost every chance he had.
Yeah, the viper was definitely driving dirty, he went for a shunt on every corner, never even attempted to make a clean pass

Viper definitely intentionally tapping you in the rear. Once or maybe twice for a drivr in first is acceptable especially given the difference in braking points but doing it every big braking zone and continuously tapping you multiple times a corner was definitely intentional. He's knocking you off your line whilst using you as a buffer to aid him. Dirty drivers are often the most subtle, those who know how to abuse the system.

Love using the GT viper in S class,it can really hang in corners and put pressure on

Calling this amazing is pretty laughable.
As a Rhode Islander, I love tracks that are close to me like Lime Rock and I believe the “made up” Maple Valley which is set in New Hampshire. Everytime I play them in a series I always go try hard on those “home” tracks
Love the "home" track try harding!! There's nothing from Illinois in game for me but I think the closest might be Road America.

That Frodo is a right dirty racer, its all well and good saying just hard racing but in a real world situation both of you would not of finished the race due to damage caused by his aggression
Yep. Push to pass on every slow corner. I would’ve let him know that shit is dirty
By about lap 3 I would have been sick of his constant dirty driving in the corners and spun him out in the corkscrew, people like that need to be taught a hard lesson in racing etiquette
@@peekay120 he's also a team racer, r4m, if it's the case, bit embarrassing given his driving.
@@alexanderbilling3129 in my experience, "team racers" are by far the dirtiest drivers in the game, lots of "dirty drivers" are just noobs who can't drive, but you'll notice that team racers are very skilled at abusing the penalty system

the GT1 is the best car for lime rock for sure i do 48s laps there on mediuns, laps the same with any tire compound that car, the grip is insane
Yeah that thing looks nuts around lime rock. I'd imagine it would be a solid choice for Laguna Seca as well.
@@OldTires it’s the #1 choice on most tracks for sure, I do rivals onS800 used it on most tracks that were more technical with a lot of curves to set my best times.. I only used it on the S hopper when there was other dudes using it setting times close to mine otherwise I wouldn’t.. here’s an example I was doing 1:27 in maple valley with it while the rest of the lobby laps were 1:31+ so I kinda felt bad about it and only used it when required

Honestly I don't really notice it much mid-race. I think it's an interesting mechanic to keep the racing entertaining as long as I'm not spinning out constantly as a result of it 😉

Didn't watch the vid, don't think I have to. I'm going to say yes simply because the game fixed none of the issues the previous games had which is not valuing acceleration/being lightweight as much as top speed. The same cars are still OP and it hasn't even changed at all.

Basically, they made the game accurately I think. The car needs to be banned or race with motorcycles I guess. The problem is you are racing street legal cars that are safer. That car is basically a motorcycle with four wheels. To emphasize, what I mean is you will die in a crash in this thing. Street cars should probably be made safe just in general

Crazy how Turn 10 says that this game is built from the ground up, but still keeps OP cars like the GT40 in the game from FM7, also gotta say, been watching for a month now, and your commentary for your races are COMEDY LMAO🤣🤣🤣 (more Motorfest videos coming???)
The GT40 should be OP, it's extremely light and has a massive engine. It doesn't have all the weight from modern safety equipment slowing it down. Restrictions on performance were little to none when it was built too.
Most of the engines in the game were built from the ground up; which is what they were referring to.
ngl I haven't played this since it hit gamepass, and my sanity is probably better for it.
I can't really argue with that haha. A couple beers later and it makes no difference to me lol
