@@chaque4 i think the first was his 10 minutes abs workout. I tried 3-4 times a day with 10-15 minutes rest. After month I change workout to a more bigger like 20, 30. However I recommend 10 minutes, if you have zero experience

Great video Chris! This is a great representation of probably a majority of people out there especially when they are starting out in their fitness journey. Quitting takeout can be difficult but by picking the healthiest option they can slowly ease into eating a healthier diet.

What I like about this series is that I've been shaming myself from near work burnout and the thought of lifting weights is demoralizing, so watching this series gives me the boost I need to accept that it's okay to just do home workouts.
What I would like to see more is stretches that could help relieve pinched nerve pain and muscle strain for pre workout.

I don't think a lot of people realize how much of a machine Chris is....His NEAT levels are already high (beach shoot, rock climbing, etc) and he's STILL killing these workouts for the video. Insane.

Absolutely love your follow along workouts, I've been doing whole body workout with isolated throughout the week, all without equipment just home stuffs. I do pullup bar and dip bar workout at a park which is just less than 1 minute walk away from my home. Iam doing calisthenics of Chris Heria 1 year and counting 😁💪

Actually Chrit vids are the foundation of my physique. When I first went to the gym people asked me how months did it took to look like that (something like that) I just said it's a home workout body weight. The point is it's 101% legit. I believe calisthenics is a good foundation if you want a aesthetic and not just looking strong but beeing strong body.

Thing i love about him is how he makes ua train explosively, with the hiit workouts, i've seen other hiit workouts but his is different, it actually improves Muscle strength and burn more fat, by choosing exercises that contracts more muscles.
I like the fact that you actually eat and you're not afraid to eat everything. Alot of men I see working out, eat the same things over and over, but it's not actual food to fuel them. So, again, I'm glad to see that.

Hey Chris, I wanna let you know that I have been going to the gym for the last 3 months now but before that I used to watch your videos and do your workouts which helped me to build an awesome physique. May God bless you for changing my life.
I have seen some differences in Chris Heria workouts and the gym workouts. In the gym there are machines and other things which can help you target that particular muscle and have better results. Now I am comparing the results. Heria workouts have helped me a lot with my physique and strength but sometimes I find it hard to hit some particular areas of my body specially the back but in the gym there are machines which can help you hit nearly all the muscles of your back.
I will have to leave the gym and start doing the Heria workouts again from the next week because the university will open again and I wont have the time to workout 2 hours a day.
That was my experience and I will always be thankful to you Chris because I have a good physique at the age of 18 just because of you. May God bless you and you achieve every single thing that you wish.

I have to be honest in that I usually click on Chris' videos because he's uncommonly beautiful, but I do always end up learning something cool and joining in the exercise. I do love this channel.

Absolutely fantastic and it goes to show how the gym isn’t always need to maintain muscle and burn fat. I personally would like to see more videos on warmups and warm downs because it’s so important not to create injuries and doing a good stretch routine as helped me a lot I took that advice from one of your videos big respect to you a keep the great content coming

I started working out on june 6th, here are my stats
Before: 58 kg(127.8 lbs)
After: 62 kg(132.6 lbs)
I only workout 3-4 times a week and i dont follow diet. I gained mass on my Biceps, Shoulders and definition on my Lats and Abs.
I have to say you are really brave to show how good your own service is!
I really like your training, and for me that i have little time, and little space it is just perfect.
