I worked at the State Farm HQ in California back in the 90s and they used simplified delivery robots that followed invisible lines on the ground with UV light. They moved slow but was still cool technology. The bots delivered physical document around the office. Main computer room was fun too. I remember all the magnetic tape spinning . Good times.
