This deep sleep hypnosis and meditation is a blend of two of my most popular sleep hypnosis and guided meditation videos, both of which were written to help you clear your mind and stop overthinking before you go to bed so that you can enjoy a night of deeply relaxing and refreshing sleep.
This 60-minute deep sleep meditation and sleep hypnosis also contains visualisations, powerful positive suggestions and language patterns together with elements of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help eliminate damaging negative subconscious thinking and self-dialogue. My goal is to stop your mind spinning before bedtime, so that you can drift off to a blissful night's sleep in a calm, happy and productive frame of mind.
I created this session specifically to help soothe and quieten your mind as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to stop your mind wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates feelings of anxiety, unease, frustration or fear - you are better able to access your subconscious mind. And when you can divert your mind's attention away from looking backwards or forwards, you can refocus your thought energy inwards for your deep overnight healing and rejuvenation. Also, your subconscious is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

Thank you, I really have been going through something. I really don't have what you call any close friends that I can confide in. Most my family have moved away several hours from me. I feel like the only existence in the entire Universe lately. Very depressed and no outlet to help me work through it. Like counseling or a close relationship with my Mother or I would open up to her if I thought I could Back to why I was thanking you was the first several sentences you said touched me deeply in my heart. Like I actually have a friend even though I don't really know you. But I do, my true self knows your true self. My soul knows yours. Also, it is reassuring to know EXACTLY what to expect when you speak. It means there’s no jarring surprises or unknown elements.
I didn’t realize how important the distinction between boring, quotidian, predictably and safe, assured, deliberate expectations could be.
I just thought people were tedious and dull, pouring all their time into making lists and plans. But maybe journals and agendas aren’t all that bad as long as they don’t take over everything…

It's funny to think that we need aids to sleep. We are overstimulated, things move so fast these days and we are exposed to so much every day. I suggest that before you sleep and possibly use this video as an aid. just turn everything off for awhile. Silence and calm for awhile, give yourself a break; you can't really have anytime for youself if you are constantly being bombarded by outside forces. Don't be afraid to be truly alone for a time each day, it's a good thing.
