    I'm in my 30s and I throughly enjoyed this video! I've been watching and doing your workouts for a year now and lost over 30 lbs. I also feel so much better afterwards. Please, more one hour long workouts!! ❤

    I’m 71 years old and I loved the long workout! I used 4 lbs weight and I hope to get stronger and use the 5 lbs one!!

    Thank you Lauren for this amazing workout! 1 hr is a bit long for me since I'm 74, so I broke up the training into 2 parts & it was perfect. I could do all the movements & follow your rythme. You are really a great coach for us! I feel lucky ! By the way I'm watching you from France.

    Lauren, this was great! I loved working continuously for an hour. I usually do two of your videos one after the other, that works too, but all these different sets of combination moves for both cardio and strength, and doing them in blocks, were both great and fun to do. Thank you! It must not be easy on you though. I for one, and I am sure most others, really appreciate the effort you put into your workouts!

    Wow, thank you! This was a great full body workout with both cardio & strength! At first when you said "three blocks of exercises" I was afraid you were just going to repeat the first block twice. I should have known better from doing your workouts for the past three years. I'm so impressed that you created three very different blocks that worked different muscle groups and worked our brains. Thank you so much!!

    Omg, after Christmas, and recovering from a respiratory illness, I cant tell you how nice it was to be back doing this workout today. It wasn't easy and it involved a lot of stops for coughing fits, but I finished it and I am happy that you re back in my life Lauren. Love, love love your channel!

    Hi Lauren, I just wanted to thank you for your classes! I absolutely love them. I’m not a senior, and at first, I thought your classes might not be suitable for me, but they are perfect! I’m a freelancer working from home and spend most of my day sitting in front of my computer. Your classes provide just the right amount of movement I need, and I find the music very enjoyable.     The hour flew by! Great workout and I appreciate when you turn and show the exercises from the side view. It's very helpful in doing the move with the proper form since I don't have a mirror available.

    I really enjoyed this hour long workout! I’ll be 75 in June trying to stay strong - used the 5 lbs for all exercises except for over head and flys had to go down to my 3 lbs. Thanks for this awesome workout.

    I love the longer workout too! I really enjoyed the cardio/ weight combo- I feel the muscles tiring out but then the cardio part starts again. Great job coming up with this routine.

    I loved the longer combination workout. Two workouts can be pieced together but this is so much smoother and cohesive. I realize the longer length also adds to your time. Thank you!

    We love your workout, whether thirty minutes or like this one a longer one. This one is especially wonderful with it be an hour. Stretching, strength and mobility work you provide has helped so very much!❤. My friend and I who do one of your workouts at least 3 times a week are so deeply appreciated.     Lauren, I loved this workout. I admit I get excited if a workout is over 45 minutes. I sometimes string the shorter ones together to make it a longer workout. This one has it all, resistance, cardio and balance. Thanks so much.

    Thank you Lauren. I really was able to do most of it. I was able to do the first two blocks of cardio and strength. I had to do me and fast forward to the cool down after that because I need to listen to my knees. I will do the warm up and the last two blocks and cool down on Wednesday. I really did enjoy this workout. It was challenging yet doable. At 72, I am happy I was able to do a 45 minute workout and not be in pain with my back or my knees now.

    I've never done a workout this long but thought I'd give it a try since I do your workouts religiously. I made it to 46 minutes before my joints just *could not* do anymore (rheumatoid arthritis at 39 is bananas and I'm trying to learn my limits). I'm proud of myself, regardless. Thanks for this challenge! 💕

    Lauren, I really enjoyed this full-body, Cardio, Strength HIIT workout. You hit all the areas in one session. My routine workouts are usually no more than 30-40 minutes, and I walk once a week for 1.5 hours, so this workout was a treat. Thank you for considering our suggestions. You are awesome!!!!

    I really enjoyed this format. Breaking it up into 3 segments gives people flexibility to shorten the workout if they'd like. I also enjoyed that the workout included a warmup and stretch. I feel like this workout hit all my body parts. Thank you so much.

    This was such a lovely 1hr workout! Lauren. I enjoyed the combination, the control of every movement.     Really pleased I found time for the full hour - now feel energised and fully worked all over! Ps a little adjustment I've started using for alternate reverse lunges - I make the moves 2 separate ie step back then drop the knee. As I'm very conscious of form especially around my arthritic knees I find this works really well ❤

    This is great for me to do on weekends when I’m not as pressed for time. I was worried it would be harder since it was longer but the moves are fairly easy and now I’m sweaty so 👍🏼👍🏼😊

    I agree with so many of the comments below. I definitely enjoyed the longer workout and the incorporation of cardio and weights. You do such a great job of keeping it interesting and coming up with all kinds of new moving combinations.     This was a Great workout! I think by the 3rd time, with this video, I should be able to look like myself instead of Lucille Ball. At 68+ I'm a little slower to catch on with new moves. But, happy to say, that working out with your video's the last 11 months, my coorination has definetly improved.
