I usually do two of your videos one after the other, that works too, but all these different sets of combination moves for both cardio and strength, and doing them in blocks, were both great and fun to do. Thank you Lauren. I really was able to do most of it. I was able to do the first two blocks of cardio and strength. I had to do me and fast forward to the cool down after that because I need to listen to my knees. I will do the warm up and the last two blocks and cool down on Wednesday. I really did enjoy this workout. It was challenging yet doable. At 72, I am happy I was able to do a 45 minute workout and not be in pain with my back or my knees now.

I've never done a workout this long but thought I'd give it a try since I do your workouts religiously. I made it to 46 minutes before my joints just *could not* do anymore (rheumatoid arthritis at 39 is bananas and I'm trying to learn my limits). I'm proud of myself, regardless. Really pleased I found time for the full hour - now feel energised and fully worked all over! Ps a little adjustment I've started using for alternate reverse lunges - I make the moves 2 separate ie step back then drop the knee. As I'm very conscious of form especially around my arthritic knees I find this works really well ❤

This is great for me to do on weekends when I’m not as pressed for time. I was worried it would be harder since it was longer but the moves are fairly easy and now I’m sweaty so 👍🏼👍🏼😊

This was a Great workout! I think by the 3rd time, with this video, I should be able to look like myself instead of Lucille Ball. At 68+ I'm a little slower to catch on with new moves. But, happy to say, that working out with your video's the last 11 months, my coorination has definetly improved.

I agree with so many of the comments below. I definitely enjoyed the longer workout and the incorporation of cardio and weights. You do such a great job of keeping it interesting and coming up with all kinds of new moving combinations. I’m chiming in with the others and saying thank you Lauren For all you do and all of the effort you put in to these workouts. I also noticed your senior shape jacket . This was a Great workout! I think by the 3rd time, with this video, I should be able to look like myself instead of Lucille Ball. At 68+ I'm a little slower to catch on with new moves. But, happy to say, that working out with your video's the last 11 months, my coorination has definetly improved.
