Great video! I'm looking at a quality cooler for the future and knowing there are 2 Canadian brands you find equal in quality helps alot! Especially knowing I IceyTek supports outdoorsman and hunters.
IceyTek is a Canadian branch of an Australian company. Very good customer service and a great product all the same. I can’t find any coolers actually made in Canada. Chilly Moose is a Canadian company out of Ontario. Good quality cooler for sure.
How do you find the performance of your yeti vs the chilly moose? My gf bought be a yeti tundra 45 for my birthday (God love her) but said I gotta be sure about it where they are pricy. The chilly moose 55l has almost the same exterior dims with more capacity on the inside so I am thinking of swapping out. Do they preform as well?
I haven’t done a direct ice retention comparison between the two, but they do seem to preform very comparable. The yeti seems slightly tougher that said have no complaints on either cooler. I don’t think you will be disappointed either way.
Great review bud and some very impressive coolers. That Icytek looks like the real rig for moose hunting outside of lab. 👍
That it would be! Helped out with my bear pretty good, lots of room for quarts and ice.
Just what I was looking for. Thanks 👍

What about orca?
I will check them out, I’m not familiar with them.
Dandy coolers, well worth the money if ya can afford them. Cheers
Icey-Tek is not Canadian...or is it? I believe they are Australian.
You sir are correct, was my mistake, they now have a dedicated Canadian distributor. I got excited when it shipped from BC.
