a video i saw yesterday on a news clip was talking about how serial killers went down... right around when mass shootings were rising. interesting to think about, being sneaky and like dahmer got hard,but acting like nick cruz? well that's fairly easily and takes place over a short period of time.
I just wrote about this incident for school. Three of the people on the train performed a counterattack on the shooter and subdued him until police officers arrived.

I'll tell ya what I don't understand... how a suspect can be charged with and/or found guilty of more than ONE count of murder (or whatever charge the prosecution has went with i.e., manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, etc.) for one victim. I've seen true crime cases where the killer was given 2 or even 3 charges of homicide just for one person. THREE counts of homicide even though there's only one dead body. And then be convicted of all three, and sentenced for three. Now, as much as I think that S. O. B. should pay, I think that's a bit too much, unfair, and unconstitutional.
Wow ! I wonder what the movie for the mass killing in Uvalde elementary school will be like to watch! The suffering and the number of victims that has come about due to mass shootings happening daily in America . Is sickening! Congress and their inability to do their job , and create some much needed gun laws. Is disgusting! Looks like the government has at least helped Hollywood ! Hollywood has more than enough of these stories , to write about and put into Hollywood production! I’m sure Hollywood will make a killer comeback! ! 🤮

I get that we shouldn’t forget these things. But why should we still talk about them to the point of bringing back bad emotions and PTSD? This is exactly what politicians and big corporations want! To keep us feeling sad and angry! They’re not allowing us to move on.

It's just amazing how the pregnant lady survived, and how her daughter survived as well!

Wasn’t that made into a movie where it was 3 us veterans stopped a man with an assault rifle? And the three veterans even played in the movie

It’s a miracle they survived. Rest in peace to the 6 victims who didn’t make it.

I don't understand conviction laws. How does someone get 300 years when no one even lives that long?
