      Oh gosh no problem! I've learned a slightly better (faster) method than this recently that I'm going to try later this year! Here's hoping it works out! hehe!

    My question is why do you need to dry them after you rinse them to just soak them in brine again? 🤷🏽‍♀️

      Hi Angela! A great question (and so sorry I didn't see the comment sooner!) At the time I was going off of a couple of different 'how tos' and wanted to be EXTRA careful as when seeds are TOO wet/damp they can burn before they roast! You definitely DON'T have to dry them after rinsing them! Just giving them a quick rinse and then sticking them in the brine is totally fine!
      I was using an abundance of caution of which you don't need to do (and neither do I! Lol!)
