Great job. I am leaning this is the same issue w mine. Not the resistor. However I will check the resisitor w a multimeter if it reads 12 , it’s that exact problem. Mine works however on 3/4 but not on 1 sometimes 2. Heck I’ve even switched it to four and it sounds like it runs on 2 .. it has some wiggly room so .. go figure.
I have 2012 blower motor & resistor. Part $60 still waiting resistor. Worse case scenario 3D print a part similar. 2012: Dash cluster, ceiling & hatch pods, & current.
However I thought I’d unplug the resistor from the blower motor and check it that way. Look for melted wires. Hyundai has tons of issues w the Veloster. Also make sure you got the recall for the engine knock sensor 2012 fixed. The first and only recall I’ve ever seen for these lil cars. Some models 2012 do have a sunroof recall for the glass shattering for absolutely no reason. I already have 2 reports w Nhtsa and they aren’t related. Hyundai of America is a joke

if anyone still watches this with same problem. duct tape the black circle flat to white box worksperfect
