I agree that most po- boys are on a toasted buttered hoagie roll, seems like a round bun is cheating! Lol.

It was still good but a hoagie bun would have healed it together better.

We have a place here that makes those kind of fries. They call them beer battered fries. So good...
They were great!
Too bad you are not there during Stone Crab Claw season. If you have never had them they are great some of the best seafood you will ever have better than lobster!! If not familiar with them search Google. One amazing thing is it does not kill the crab.
That sounds interesting. I think I’ll be coming back next year. I’ll look into that one.
