Actually, there is an old one from Montenegro.
There were three sisters, the oldest - Fiomena, then Graciana and the youngest - Rina. Every single one of them was beautiful, honorable, diligent and fair, and they were all in love with one man, Captain Yerk Novanjanin. He couldn't decide which one of them he wanted the most, so he set off on the open sea, leaving a promise to return once the decision was made. The sisters lived in a house with three towers, one for each of them.

Every time I hear this song, I enter on a melancholic mood, but not in a bad way, more like imagining a melancholic story.

Sitting in front of the fireplace on a rainy night with beautiful music from this band, a glass of wine, and a book that's set in the Victorian era. I couldn't be more content. Perfect music to read to.

I have never heard anything quite so enchanting in my entire life. So happy I found this group. Makes doing artwork and writing so much more enjoyable.
This piece is set in three, (3/4), which gives it the feeling of a waltz. But it’s so much more sinister and bitter than that. A waltz, perhaps, for ignorant ghosts and lost skeletons. A dance for death.

Every time I listen to this I imagine the Hunter's Keep sisters from Fallen London/Sunless Sea. It just works so well with them, the melancholic and strange mood of their home and interacting with them.

Every time I hear this song I start imagining the same story for it, I hope to one day be able to make it because the song alone gives me chills and the story fits so well I just want people to see what I already have.

I suck at writing but I'll try to paint a picture. 1920's gray skies, a gravel road in the middle of the deserted meadows, the only sound that could be heard was from the autumn's wind moving among the leafless trees, a fine gentlemen dressed in black enjoyed the melancholy of it all while riding his vintage car along such depressing road, his eyes had dark circles, from the restless nights, and his face seemed like that of a dying man, for the life he cherished had been shattered, the passenger's seat was taken by a recently cut and seemingly perfect red rose, its perfection was the only thing the man had left to remind him that there was still beauty in the world. He soon reached his destination, there, in the middle of the meadows was an abandoned cemetery surrounded by tall trees on its ends, he parked the car, taking a deep breath he got out with the rose in hand and started walking among the maze of lonely graves, lost in thought, already too familiarized with the place, he could've closed his eyes and still reach his destination, and there it was, a small grave in the middle of them all, he got onto his knees and stayed quiet reading the words he knew by heart "Here lies Kathleen Smith, always loved and forever remembered" just by reading her name the man started replaying her death in his head, he covered his eyes and tried to calm himself for a good while "it's over! it's over!" he kept repeating in his head, he finally took his hands off his eyes taking a good look at the perfect rose in his hands and noticed the lightly withered rose lying on the ground decorating the grave, he then put the rose on the ground next to him and grabbed the withered one, he gave it a sad look before throwing it away in a more angry manner, still on his knees and looking at the grave he reached for the spot where he left the other rose, but he met with the cold ground, he then started moving his hand around but couldn't find it, he took his eyes from the grave and found the rose was gone. He looked around the ground but the rose was no where to be found, but he thought he saw something else from the corner of his eyes, so he looked up, and with a chill he realized, he wasn't alone... And yeah, that's just for the first 50 seconds of the song, I don't want to give the story away, hopefully one day I make a short film out of this little idea.

Böyle ruhum can çekişiyor,yerde yüz üstü sürüklenmişte kanlar içinde kalmış gibi.Sevgiye,sadakate,bağlara,iyi niyete,saygıya ve binlerce şeye olan inancımı kaybettim bir süre önce.Beni bu hale getiren kişiler,beni bu denli hasta eden insanlar bana şuan şefkat gösteriyor ama onun arkasında ne olduğunu görebiliyorum.Görmemeyi dilerdim.Kalbim o kadar kırık ki ölsem bile geçmeyecek gibi olan şu şey her şeyin önüne sapan vurmus bir at gibi geçti ve lanet olsun ki geçmiyor,geçmeyecek.Yediğim yemek,içtiğim su,aldığım hava,içtiğim sigara,uyuduğum vakitler,uyanık olduğumda kafamı dağıtmak için okuduğum kitaplar bana o kadar boş geliyor ki..

Yavaş yavaş bitiyorum.Sanki günden güne beynim artık çalışmak istemiyor gibi. Sanki ciğerlerim artık nefes almak istemiyor gibi. Ölmek istiyor muyum bilmiyorum bazen çok istiyorum bazen ise sadece mutlu olup yaşamak istiyorum ama her mutlu oluşumda kendimi kandırdığımı biliyorum sadece mutlu olmanın bir yalan olduğuna inanmak istemiyor ve bu yalanı sürdürmek içim elimden geleni yaptıktan sonra sonucu ne olursa olsun gene mutsuzluk bütün bedenime yayılıyor. Before the sun rises, the horseman rides into town. As the poor souls sleep in oblivion, the one-eyed executioner prepares for his duty. The door breaks & heavy footsteps slam against the floor. One sister gets choked Lon her bed as the others awake in terror. One slips into the kitchen while the other attempts to save her sister. Pushed down onto the floor, the third sister plunges a kitchen knife into the horseman's back. The 2nd sister never gets back up & the first never regains her breath

Does anyone feel like they should be walking down a dark alley in London, your feet hitting the cold brick ground, the rain pouring off the edge of your hat... You look around, knowing your alone, light your cigarette, and then you check over your shoulder again, slightly worried something is behind you, but your too calm to panic. Your at a perfect mixture of perfect peace and perfect terror.
