Red Machine every guy out there today is better than pastrana just like every modern supercross racer is faster than mcgrath ever was. As the sport progresses relative skill does not. What we should look at is how it compares to the current competition. Pages definately does the same thing as pastrana in regards to being innovative. The same can be said for my mcgrath comparison. Yes almost every modern rider with modern style is faster than he ever was but to truly be better than hin they need to dominate like he did. So far the only supercross rider to even come close was carmichael but he was still two short.

Because Tom Pages doesn't do it like Kyle Loza used to: he flip his body and grab the back of his bike with one hand before catching the bar, while Loza flip his whole body by keeping one hand on the bar, and then catch the other hand as soon as finish his rotation without grabing the saddle. But It's pretty similiar.....And anyway, Clinton Moore's "Bundy" is exactly the "electric doom", so you are right, it is a bit stupid to call it a different way.
