for those wondering. it's a 2 count. after the count 2 right foot heal kick your left foot is starting count 1 over again. that means after the right heal kick the next move is left toe back kick. on that count your right foot is bouncing to the starting position and bouncing again in place as the left foot does count 2 heal kick 1 right back toe kick (left foot bounces in place) 2 right front heal kick (left foot bounces in place) 1 left back toe kick (right foot moves to center position and bounces in place) 2 left front heal kick (right foot bounces in place)
