Very apt title ('Selfish activity') given to this clipping. We are denied a 'good' society because of our fragmented minds, our greed to be free to do anything to gratify as our fulfillment.
I been feeling that when I hear krisnamurti there is this tipe of resistance in my mind and body I feel conflict . My ego fighting back . I been observing this and I want to scale from it automatically. Not to hear but something deep inside me continue to listening . Sometimes I fall sleep .

Freedom is there when there is total acceptance(of life). Even the saying 'pick your battles' falls short because there is still (ambition) a condition something to achieve. you told yourself to wait. But nothing will come because life cannot be tricked/influenced by men. Only those who surrender to life experience freedom.
Freedom is not freedom anymore when you make even the slightest condition about it.
Let it be!

There is a story of Nicheketa who is offered inconceivable worldly luxuries power pelf a life to his discretion unconditionally and all else to his liking etc But he ouutrighly refused the offer to the Lord of Death saying: you will be at the end of it Incontrast to it through. Out the known history of human. evolution such an example is no where to be found The stark fact is somehow content with bare physical survival Evidently we are content with the deplorable miseries Strange we don't resent to live such a doomed life To conclude : we have been condemned to face the life We have never felt discount which cannot be appeased by whatever Afew there are who are aware that life is sacred These are the gems who value the harmonious life of an organism free from the self centred living which is the first requisite to live a life free from sensuality Life is sacred

Gosh I'm so confused. Some yogis say that selfishness is good in ways?? So are they wrong or is self love not a good thing now lol?
Unless one truly know the SELF, to be selfish or selfless is meaningless.
Self love is always a good thing. Here he is talking about selfish activity one performs out of greed and ignorance. When one loves oneself at this moment, he/she is selfless and giving love, its flowing through nature.
And ofc we should selfish with our time and needs.
Being selfish is the opposite of self love
They just disagree. Yogis disagree on everything. You have to figure out for yourself what to keep or discard
Why do you rely on anybody ?just find it out yourself

all things is alright but see he always criticised all other gurus without knowing them much.. if the world is not real ,why so much fuss about it. There were wars from the start and going to till the end of world. Nothing is real .. this all about the concept of one mind. He said he not read much about any book (spiritual)one. Then ,how he criticised them without knowing
He talked to a lot of scholars and priests etc. and you can observe what they think by what they say or what people believe in. He criticised following ideas and authorities instead of taking in reality..
All guru's lacking spiritual integrity. They claim they are enlightened and can free you from the wheel of birth and death. They are all fake.
