Hold your breath. Do you see it? Do ya? It’s a civil war relic! Awesome dude. Niiiiice. Sweeeet! I’m gonna keep it. AquaChigger is an original. He’s the real treasure!
this is like the most awesome grown up children's show ever. "like awww man what do we have here? gan you guess? does that look like a shell?.... Is that a Civil war shell? excellent!!!!!!" Bro i can watch this for hours. Well done. you should try and get a show on the outdoors network. This is soo much better than american pickers.
Man.... I've battled addiction, ptsd, panic attacks, and illnesses I didn't even know I've had. The very first video I watched I seen you pull a bunch of silver coins out of a river just scrolling through UA-cam and I was instantly hooked. You reply to your veiwers, you seem pretty cool, I mean you seem very "genuinely" happy about your finds. There's a couple of mainstream detector channels and when they find a coin for instance they take it and act all surprised and rub the hell out of it. I've worked my whole life for everything I own, and the way it seems is there banking on UA-cam so there's no reason to give pride to a little coin because there a sell out. So good job man, I've been recovering and starting to feel better day by day, I typically don't comment. But your videos brighten my day man. My first metal detector. "Ace 250" should be coming in the mail within a couple weeks and I'm going to try the hobby out. I live in ga, I'm 22, and I live near massive battlefields
The shell you pick up at 8:00 min in video, is already a great display piece. It would look great seeing it half cleaned on a shelf and still attached to all those rocks and pebbles.
What I wouldn't give to come out with you on one of these river adventures. You're very lucky to have such amazing stuff to explore near to where you live. I really enjoy watching your videos, please keep them coming!
Greg Appelgren I was just thinking the same thing! Great hunt Beau, I so wish we had rivers we could hunt in! Ours are full of old ASDA (walmart) baskets :-)
Beau you know the old saying that no area is ever hunted out! It is true! Congrats on the shells. They could have been washed in during a heavy rain. Keep making your videos and sharing them with us! ;-)
Great stuff Beau!! Enjoy the videos of your hunts very much and thanks for the effort in making them. It sure is a great buzz when you find something you think is decent. Looking forward to the next one. Cheers, Vic
Hi Beau! We're so happy and grateful to be able to tag along with you on your super-cool river adventures (and we don't even have to get wet!) Any chance you could show us your sunglasses fence someday? Thanks and keep making these great videos!
Love watching your videos I'm new at metal detecting been doing it for about six months I like it but unfortunately I can't use my Delta 4000 in the water but eventually I like to get the AT pro
And it would have commercials and they would try to change him and make him some shouting jerk or some other annoying tv type guy, add bad music and a sidekick he can argue with and add "drama". Blah. Thank goodness we can have him here.
Great finds Beau!! Haha I imagine you had to strengthen the foundation of your home with all the great treasures you find! :-D Excellent videos! I still enjoy them... Cheers
What's that....pink princess mask, complete with tiara??? When, when, when. Da pressure is on Beau time to man, hehehe, up. Thanks for reminding us about that LB.
Ever been hunting near Quantico, VA? Could have sworn I passed over a train bridge around there and saw a familiar Kayak down in the water with nobody in it :) Would have been around July this year....
Wow, fabulous day! The black seam in the magnetic rock could have been magnetite - which is magnetic. I have to ask. What do you store in your black Pelican case? Lunch?
I love all your videos you are truly awesome extremely entertaining and a wonderful breath of fresh air to UA-cam keep up the good work man peace and blessings Bushwacker
Just tripped on your site and i must say i like your non abrasive narration. you also have a great rudimentary on railroad artifacts found as well. You've helped catch the metal detecting bug again..it's been too long.
Concerning the iron piece among the rocks...it was a custom (pre-revolutionary war) to bless the hearth and house by placing a piece of iron, in or around the hearth. A ritual blessing was also apart of the ceremony. Some say it was to protect against spirits or witches...love your work!
What a cool hobby... 64 years old now and I used to think that metal detecting for treasures was an old folks hobby...lol. I guess I'm an old folk now, cause it appeals to me. Would like to get some gear sometime. Ive looked some online and prices and quality is all over the place. Too confusing to choose unless someone helped me.... Carry on
Hey this is David. I wanted to thank you for the videos . Your very knowledgeable in this stuff . Im VERY new to this metal detecting.Bought a Garrett ATX but is may have been the wrong one for me here in San Antonio Tx . Which is better at Gold or the pro?
Its hard to hunt a site out completely. I'd say your persistent and experience aids in your recovery of good relics ratio. Awesome day. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Beau, I enjoy your channel! I know the shells have been submerged for about 150 years but is there ever any danger of the old shells ever detonating?
another great vid B!! i only found a 43 Otr, 45 Merc and a few odd ends on my river hunt today.. to far north to get cool stuff like shells..... watch all ur vids keep em coming.. tuff
Hold your breath. Do you see it? Do ya? It’s a civil war relic! Awesome dude. Niiiiice. Sweeeet! I’m gonna keep it. AquaChigger is an original. He’s the real treasure!

Hi Beau! We're so happy and grateful to be able to tag along with you on your super-cool river adventures (and we don't even have to get wet!) Any chance you could show us your sunglasses fence someday? Thanks and keep making these great videos!

This is one of my favorites. Thanks for the entertainment!
Why is this not a television show OMG
Because if everyone saw this, there would be nothing left to find
And it would have commercials and they would try to change him and make him some shouting jerk or some other annoying tv type guy, add bad music and a sidekick he can argue with and add "drama". Blah. Thank goodness we can have him here.
camp7NdN I'm guessing he's done working lol now he's just having fun doing what he enjoys, it's what I would do
