You are supposed to take it everyday. My boyfriend hates this supplement daily for his joint pain and it works really well for him. If he does not take his instaflex he feels it and when he gets back on it the pain goes away

Question- supplements usually need time to reach the adequate level in one’s body b4 one’s able to receive whatever benefits the supplement is supposed provide. This takes about 2 months for most supplements. You said you only take this supplement when needed and it works enough to get you by til a cortisone injection is needed. That makes me wonder if this supplement is actually a supplement or something like an OTC NSAID? I would assume taking one pill a day or even taking one pill w/every meal of the day (your explanation of the servings needed confused me) that still would suggest this isn’t a type of supplement that works the way supplements do. Time spent restarting
any supplement would require whatever timeframe needed just taking the supplement regularly b4 any benefits are able to be perceived but you said it worked immediately after having not taking it regularly prior to restarting. Pls clarify as either way this product works are pluses and minuses for me but it simply depends on other factors-
Also, I was looking for reviews of the pain cream version but saw your video immediately then pleasantly surprised about it being offered as either a supplement or OTC pain relief medication.

are you taking it correctly? I thought it needed to be taken daily and you will begin to feel the affects after it has built up in your system over time?
Yeah but I tend to forget a day or two but it still worked.
That's true. Also the Spring Valley brand of turmeric with Piperine also works great for Arthritis after 1 week, but only covers up the symptoms. 99% of pain gone after 2 weeks of turmeric.
