In our School office. THey had one of those Drill test boxes. They used that when doing the Fire Drills at school. instead of the pull box and having to always call the fire dept saying there was a test. We had Fire Drills every 2 weeks.

if it was on a fire alarm system you wouldn't be able to install it in the UK as the strobe is too slow and the alarm is only designed to be installed on your countries backboxes obviously. @Owen Capshaw
We have thoes simplex keyswotches all over our building, they are used on ALL monitor zones and before you can reset the alarm they must be activated and reset.
