Japanese apple cake with 1 egg in 5 minutes that (unfortunately) NOBODY knows about! I cook it every day! A very simple creamy apple cake, quick and delicious. This recipe surprised everyone, it has a very rich creamy taste and lots of apples. Now this is the only way I make apple pie! The best apple pie I've ever eaten.
Recipe:
1 egg.
a pinch of salt.
70g sugar.
vanilla sugar.
120ml milk.
40g butter.
160g flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
1 apple.
Baking tin 24cm.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 170°C.
