Definitely sounds much better now. Milltek Non Res Race is the go-to for the newer MK7 ST, so not surprised it's good for this one too :)
Nice pal! Happy you've finally got what you wanted. I've been on the exact same 'journey' as you regarding exhausts and after spending a tonne on different exhausts/parts I settled on a milltek cat back with standard cat. Dreamscience hyper r is all you need now BUT it will make your system a little quieter as the fueling is correct, and no longer running rich as they do on standard map.

Yes you do get a buzz when flooring it all the way to 7250rev
Always stick with scorpion if your not a fan of obnoxiously loud and droney exhausts.

Not in anyway bad. Notice a slight rumble but the Milltek backbox is exactly the sound I wanted for a full exhaust system

Non Res is not loud. I had a custom set up previously and that was too much. Non Res doesn't make the car droany. It just add a lovely rasp to the note and gets more crackles

@@Vredeopaard so the scorpion is a 2.5inch where as Milltek is 2.25inch. no difference with performance for these cars but due to the larger bore of the Exhuast the Scorpion will have a deeper tone and slightly more drone too. All reasons why for me Milltek suits me more
