The DA refused to take the charges to court because it was a mutual combat situation and they looked at it as being a he said, he said situation.

When the "Thin Blue Line Gang" doesn't have proper consequences, than police harassment will be allowed. We need to pass laws, giving jail time to cops for illegal 4th amendment violations.
