Loved your honesty and advice in this episode! As someone who recently got their dream job (cake decorating) only to find out my products would be constantly critiqued by my coworkers until our cakes looked exactly the same, I have to agree that having a day job that isn't your "passion" or dream career can actually be ideal. That being said, I do think finding a job that isn't soul-sucking/miserable but still pays the bills is worth looking into if you can. Thanks for the encouraging episode and I look forward to what you two have in store :)
@@sydneyhuffman4388 bestie! 🥲 Thank you so much for such a thoughtful comment. We’re really sad to hear that the dream hasn’t quite actualized for you yet, and that you‘be undergone a lot of critique. We know how that feels. But maybe an entrepreneurial adventure is down the road where you can be your own cake boss? 🥰 We’d love to see you make your dream a reality. And yes, we agree with you. The more you enjoy your job, the better ❤️ Thanks so much for listening

You’re telling me if you have a solid day job takes care of your family and helped you develop a home studio??? ; )
My day job sucks my soul quite often but it is good and takes care of our needs and allows freedom to create. Love the pod : )
@@christianbaxter_ytI mean we have already quit our jobs and bought an RV but we think this advice is great for other people!
