Very few artists are THAT incredibly good! 1992; 32 years ago... i still havent seen that much in live-performances that can match or top this. No lip-synchin, no digitally perfected sounds, no over-done stage-actors in fancy/weird suits... Real artists Real instruments REAL live performance REAL MUSIC, they way it was ment to be!

@rammers2006 He did it during several shows that tour. There's many videos on YT that shows it. It was like a kinda tease, nothing that the clapping put him off or anything. I think he didn't on the official On the Night gigs but that it was edited out. :)

Relax, professor. Sting co-wrote the song with Knopfler and also sang the falsetto backing vocals on the studio recording. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with me praising Sting's while listening to this song.
I recently listened to an interview with Ed bicknell, he said that the on every street tour was horrendous, Mark because of personal reasons wasn't a happy bunny , the whole thing became very difficult

One of the best shows of my life. I recorded this show in my VHS and I watched this video during many years. It's a pleasure to see this video again.
As much as I enjoy the album version, the live versions just can't be beat. Great solos and breakdowns.
