At first sight, it was beautiful with chandeliers, white tablecloths, and a shiny black grand piano right there in the lobby. I was sickened by the fact that the health department would allow this establishment , with a major cockroach infestation, where the insects crawled over plates and silverware, to serve food to these residents who were paying crazy amounts of money to live there. I wasn’t there long.
Praise God for our trials & tribulations for without them we would not grow closer to Him. I lost everything bc my Hubs lost his career. Sold everything including my brand new home & my vehicle. I had to take the stress off of him. Lived in a 5th wheel 2 yrs 7 mos. Now in a dbl wide mobile home. Had to stop all the elaborate vacations, took the fake nails off. I lost all monetary items but I grew so close to God & I still had my family. Just as the Bible speaks of everything has a season. We have shelter, food, our health & we meet our bills. Without the trial I wouldn't know God as well as I do. God knows what He is doing! To everything give PRAISE! Continued prayers Brother Jim.

I am subscribed to a channel called patriot nurse and she tells the truth as it is. She said that some of these administrators get paid more than doctors to keep the hospital in the black. She said that in order to do so they have to have the personality of a sociopath and be heartless to the human condition many times because money has to come first in order for them to keep their job. And I can tell you that dealing with sick family members and having to deal with administrators, it has been the case every time. I remember talking to them, and they are just stone faced! They will kick you out of the hospital whether you are recovered or not. I have heard of hospitals ordering ubers to pick up patients who had nowhere to go and dropping them off at homeless shelters! SERIOUSLY!! BUT there are SO MANY medical personnel that really do care and are just unsung heroes in my eyes.

Nurse tried playing dr with my sister in 2014 that ultimately caused her to permanently do home dialysis 😡 And I had to get my AICD (defibrillator) moved from my chest to my abdomen because it kept slipping under my arm. And then during that, the surgeon mistakenly cut a major artery. Had to take blood thinners for a little bit after. Big pharma has total immunity. You do know these hospitals are not going to like this.

I was on that jetbridge, saw the wing coming at me and went running up to the door frame. I was probably late 20’s ops agt.. the auto-leveler was damaged, (oh, and we were just borrowing the jetbridge as we had an inop bird on our usual gate, belonged to Eastern, they were not happy to have a broken auto-leveler) the Captain radioed us, told us psgrs felt a “bump” and would we go look to see if any damage. The wing was still there. We didn’t know anything better. Off he went, the crew went to their hotel. The following morning crack-o-dawn… my phone was ringing with the RIC GM, my GM and mntnc on a conference call. Not a good day when I returned to work later that day.. 🙄
