A challenge and a half! Some fantastic shots. But as always your production and story is expertly put together. Brilliant Ian 😊👍 huge congratulations on making it up to the top! Wow!
Quality mate. The VLOGs make the mountain climbs look nice and easy don’t they? I was in bits climbing up to the Glyders! Thanks for the mention, and looking forward to the wild camp. 👍🏼
Cheers bud, yeah I was proper knackered by the time I got to the top, great fun though. Yeah looking forward to the camp 👍👍 we need to sort out the location 😃
Love this Ian! A proper hike :) Thanks for taking us along hehe! Gorgeous view at the top, my feet are itching, to much editing these days.. I have many favorite hikes here in Norway, but I do have a soft spot for the waterfalls in Husedalen Kinsarvik..
Thanks Matey, yeah it was a worthy hike for sure, I would love to get myself over to Norway one day, those waterfalls look amazing. Thanks for watching bud 👍👍
Thanks Jamie, definitely recommend it. The south face is probably the easiest route, if you fancy scrambling all the way, then check out the north face, might give that a go another time.
Epic vlog thanks Ian. Overcoming vertigo is tough I know! I'm going into the mountains tomorrow for the weekend and I'll remind myself of this video when I feel I can't go on.
Thanks buddy, glad the video will help, yeah for me the more time i spend in the mountains the easier it gets. I hope you have a great hike over the weekend. ATB, Ian 👍👍👍
Fabulous and well done on getting up there. I used to do a lot of hill walking but have never been up Tryfan - the old joints wouldn't take it these days. Last hill climb I did in Snowdon was not that long ago, I walked up Cnicht - would recommend it if you haven't done it. It was the location I managed to record a video in my feeble attempts at doing a you tube video..lol. You sounded nervous before your ascent but once you got up there you were smiling from ear to ear :) The midges decided they didn't want you up there with them..lol (skin so soft next time) cracking images btw, very enjoyable watch.
Cheers Alan, No I haven't been up Cnicht, but I would like too, I will give your video a watch mate, i've put it in my watch list :) Yeah those midges were pretty fierce up there. Thanks for watching 😃👍👍
Fantastic love the b roll that I know takes some time and extra walking haha. It would be a dream to get up there not sure my fitness level is high enough hhmmm. What lenses did you carry for the Fuji.
Cheers Paul, yeah the extra walking, gotta love it though. Yeah I was definitely feeling it by the time I got to the top. I took the 10-24 f4 - 18-55mm kit and the 50-140 f2.8, used them all too, so it was worth taking them. Thanks for watching 👍😃😃😃😃
I was tempted to go up there earlier this year but was torn between it and really wanting to go up the Glyders. I then remembered I have neither the experience or the skills to do either 🙄😂. One day.
Cheers Steve, It is a cracking walk, the south face is definitely the easiest route. It only requires a 100m scramble as opposed to the north face which is scrambling all the way, so I have been told. Yeah the glyders is on my list too. I'm looking at the Devil's kitchen also, that looks like a great spot. Thanks for watching mate 😃👍
