By the way i fully agree, colours, flavours should be limited. And not put on display like they currently are …. But the idea of banning something that has got me off smoking 20 cigarettes a day is crazy . I feel much better vaping .

Instead of creating a black market why not impose fines on people who sell them to minors and create bins specifically for vapes that dispense 20p ? Every 5 vapes gets you a £1 people will pick them up even if it wasn’t there’s just to make the extra money

hasn't (modern) vaping only been a thing for something like 6 or 7 years? of course the number of people doing it will have gone up compared to when it didn't exist. numbers of people smoking is also still trending downward. maybe they're taking up vaping instead of smoking? i don't know this comes across as an attempt at distracting people from real issues.

I don't know what the exact taxes on tobacco are but I did look into it at one time. It's taxed by weight and. Well the rest is my secret.
In an area where there is high unemployment. The business of making that first £1 000 tax free becomes maybe all some people have to focus on.
If the tax system was more fair, communities experiencing high unemployment. Won't also suffer the destruction from people selling highly taxed products like cigarettes.
A business will try to make an easy buck right ? On highly taxed products if they don't have to pay the tax or can claim it back right ?
I thought maybe vaping is a healthier alternative to smoking.
My philosophy is to protect myself from cancer and also to reduce community pressure on myself to adopt a lifestyle leading to a cancer diagnosis.

There's other ways to make money.
A vape. A disposable vape, is a great product. Around here they are around £5. That's half the price of a packet of cigarettes.
But a vaporiser that's not disposable. I think costs £20 to £50.
If you are not a Loser when you start. Maybe the vape will turn you into a Loser and people loose the vaporiser. It's that one item too much !
