Repotting and Dividing a Giant Aloe Vera Plant

This giant Aloe vera desperately needs to be repotted and divided before it tips over and breaks all the plants. My sister had been babysitting the plant, but she dropped it off at my house a few days ago and asked for my help. So, my plan of intervention is to actually behead the mama plant and then repotting it and the offshoots. Wish me luck!
