- Today's class is all about the abs! We'll have a few "ab" days over the course of the challenge, and I'll be honest with you-- it won't be easy, but if you put your mind to it, I know you can do it.
And think of it this way: it's only about 10 minutes at a time, and you can almost anything for 10 minutes, right? ;) I thought so.

I've done this challenge over and over, and every time when day 4 and 5 are up I'm like "nooooo!" :D But they're good for me. The things you like the least are often the things you need the most...

As I checked my form in the leg straightening around 1:02, I noticed that I can barely get my legs bent beyond a 90 degree angle (far from straight)
1. Is there a movement to help get this ligament looser/more flexible to allow this?
2. How much of the focus should be on getting the leg straight here vs not bending the back/shoulder?

this was great. struggled with side plank a bit but that will get better the more I practice. can't wait to see what tomorrow has in store for me.

I think I will do this for few days tell i get the hang of it ! it was great and felt good but my knees are too weak that i cant have my legs straight :( I jst want my flat tummy back after having kids !
