450g rice
600ml water
(Ingredients)
Sea bream sashimi
Yellowtail sashimi
Sesame
seaweed
wasabi
Macrophyll
(soup stock)
1 pack of dashi
300ml hot water
[How to make]
(How to cook rice)
1. Soak the washed rice in water for at least 30 minutes.
2. Drain the water and add rice and enough water to the pot.
3. About 15 minutes on medium heat *until asteam comes out
4. 15 minutes on low heat
5. Turn off the heat and steam for 20 minutes.
(Dashi soup)
1. Pour 300cc of hot water into 1 pack of dashi
2. Squeeze out the pack just before eating.
