Let me tell you a story. Filipinos are very familiar with a cover of this excellent song by Hideaki Tokunaga. Ted Ito recorded "Ikaw Pa Rin" which became a huge hit in the Philippines in the early 90s. Ted Ito did not speak Tagalog at the time, but he was inspired to record the song in Tagalog when he first heard... surprise, surprise... Randy Santiago's "Hindi Magbabago" :)
The description is kind of misleading. The Japanese version is the original, and Ted Ito's version is the Tagalog version of this song. However, I will thumbs up this video, and will add it to my favorites. Beautiful song indeed. Thanks for uploading this man.
