I appreciate the video, but you further confuse the model numbers. Video title is different than what you say in the video, XT2131, and some of your links aren't for XT2131 parts. I assume the steps for the repair are similar, but I had to quadruple check the part numbers before ordering.

That is not the model xt 2115 unless I'm mistaken I have the 2115 and the camera is entirely different

Around time 7:14 on the video you say to "put the phone screen side down on the heating pad/mantle for 5 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius". That's 248 degrees Fahrenheit. Is this the correct temperature? Wanting to make sure before I attempt to loosen the battery adhesive.

Okay, I am a little confused..all I need to do is replace the glass and digitizer (I have an all-in-one replacement). Is it necessary to do so much tear down just to address the front? Is it because the batter is in the way of the digitizer cable?

You’re ballsy removing the battery with a metal opener. I accidentally punctured the battery once back in 2014 and it exploded in my hand. Almost burned my parents house down. I got burned pretty bad. 😂
