    From a fellow person with a PT cert. All of this information in this video and muscle function explanations is correct. Except one thing they just did a small sample size long term study that skullcrushers actually activate the triceps more than pushdowns. So definitely worth incorporating both. Also farmers carry and wrist rolls with a rope will absolutely give you grip strength. The added benefit of Farmers Carry is increased trap size as you are engaging them into an isometric hold for the duration of the walk.

      It is interesting that farmers carry help with trap size. I thought shrug helped with traps

    The thing about the farmer carry makes sense, I started really stitching my biceps on the way down of curls, and squeezer hard at the bottom to get more blood flowing, I've been noticing lots of new veins in that area getting larger and existing ones growing. This is just bro science but I'm pretty sure it's because the more blood flow, the bigger the veins expand, their for stretching out the viens

      @TheGymGoer Рік тому

      i mean you could do it in one day but u won’t get the full potential cause u won’t workout as much cause ur endurance levels as if ur doing chest it’s always gonna work triceps and shoulders so even when u train them it’s still good

    • @Fissey_Gaming
      @Fissey_Gaming Рік тому

      What I think you should do is do those exercises on days where they’re used in compound movements. For example (training biceps on back day because you use your biceps already for pull ups and chin ups so you can tire and damage them even more so they’ll grow more and won’t effect your workout. And hit forearms on back day as well.)

    • @Fissey_Gaming
      @Fissey_Gaming Рік тому

      Cause if you do one arm day and completely fatigue your triceps and shoulders or your biceps and forearms and you have back or chest day the next day your not going to do well in those compound movements and lift the most weight you can do

    • @Fissey_Gaming
      @Fissey_Gaming Рік тому

      So that’s why I and Mario make chest day shoulders, chest and triceps. Hit shoulders first then do chest and then fatigue your triceps and they show all grow pretty well
