You guys were way way too critical of the first episode anyway. I mean, it was the first episode. Of course there was gonna be a lot of talking. They are trying to set things up.
For Hannah to have not watch the other shows and have prediction that's almost spot on just shows how she's one of the best reactors and analyst the normies have

Suraj, give Agents of Shield a chance. Get past the first half of season 1 and it is on par and sometimes better than any marvel show. Last season had an average of 8.8 on IMDb. Seriously give it a try.
I will concur. Watched first few episodes and then lost interest, but once you get into the back half of season 1 and everything after it's really awesome.
It's he best Marvel show aside from Daredevil.

sѧɞѧһ of course he didn't fight much. luke is too O.P. up to this point he wouldn't need much of any fight choreography simply because almost anybody that has gone up against him so far can be smacked out his path with one hand. that's not bad writing, that's understanding his character
sѧɞѧһ the writing dictates how many fights luke participates in or when they happen...it all starts there. what i'm saying is that luke's opponents have mostly been one and done at least in defenders anyway so it wouldn't lend itself to much choreography just because of who the character is. to see luke's fighting style better to watch his own series then come back to defenders to appreciate why they have written his characters' fighting style basically as "less is more"...
sѧɞѧһ *i'm* mentioning it because it's relevant to your point about insufficient luke cage fights. my point is that however little luke cage fights there are in the show makes sense precisely because luke as *written* is a character that does *not* go looking for them. and in the fights he does participate in, he always try to end them as quickly as possible that's all i'm saying...

TBH, the dogpile on Iron Fist was so severe that I came in with expectations on the absolute floor and found it to be surprisingly decent. The action scenes aren't anywhere near as good as Daredevil or Punisher, and the protagonist is kind of bland, but it's not horrible or anything. He was kind of like a low-rent Batman, but with powers.
In Iron Fist Claire didn't just 'show up'. That shit was seeded right at the end of Luke Cage when she picked up contact details for Colleen's school from the poster.

Iron fist was good I like how . They didn't always focus on iron fist . But make us love and hate each characters . The fight scenes was good . I only hate one thing I notice on this show . I seen the defenders already what gets me is . How danny keeps using the fist . As the last chance move I would like . Too see him use it less only when he really needs it . Not when you suppose to be the master of every kung fu style . But no he uses it when he gets his ass kicked . I think season 2 of iron fist need to focus . On him summon the fist when he is in deep trouble .

I hate it when people shit on Iron Fist, overall he's a complete badass, his show was just poorly done. BUT imo and this is debatable, his show was still better than Luke Cage. In Luke Cage it was overall boring and the villain was shitty.
