    i did this but not quite exact as i didnt have buttermilk. the chocolate cake base was one of the best chocolate cake i have ever tasted. kudos!

    Wow! Is it ok to use nestle cream as substitute for the whiping cream? Will it affect the taste and texture of the ganache? Its very hard to find whipping cream in our area. Thanks!

      Its best to use whipping cream , you can use all purpose cream texture will be a little different

      Thos are just chocolate tin, I got them at our local grocery store. Yes no beed tonunmould the cake

      It can make 3 fir nine inches pan but you can make more if your pan is smaller

      Sorry , I never tried Ambiant before but all you need to find is if your cream is atleast 35 percent milk fat.

      In the fridge cover with cling wrap make sure cling wrap touches the pudding so it does not form a skin .

      If you have a budget you can buy even bake strip or just cut out old towel then make it wet then wrap it around the cake tin while it is baking this will prdcebt the cake from doming
