Hello I'm in Reno uber is killing us. I can't believe it. I've been driving for7 years. I was driving in 2015 in Reno, when Uber started here. Wow. They treat us like 💩💩💩💩
Prop 22 would be okay, if uber just paid us more fairly per ride. They need to go back to the rate card, and it needs to be a fair amount, not be chiseled down over time. Cost go up, and so should our pay. Of course we should also have better protections as well. The stipend should remain in place.
Zero quests mon-fri and $10 for 20 rides thurs-sun. Pathetic. Did 24 trips for $200 today. Uber has gone to shit. Pathetic and sucking the life out of its drivers.

as an EV driver and having the EV incentive changed to basically doing 210 rides per month to get $210 and me multi applying to make good money, makes me feel as if Uber aint it anymore.

However, am getting calls on Uber left and right! Why did "base mode" on Lyft go away! I made this suggestion to Lyft over 8 years ago! It was FANTASTIC and basically put the taxi drivers on base out of business on Camp Pendleton!
You have nailed it they have flooded Cardiff in the uk and in 18 months I've seen demand drop due to over-saturation I've also noticed recently that uber are paying Less than the upfront price regularly
Uber is complete thrash now. I havent driven for them in weeks. The ride challenges are a complete joke and the rides that come in are price so low for long miles. I barely see any surge at sll on Uber.
I disagree with the viewer comment saying Prop 22 is constitutional since it was approved by voters. Just because voters passed doesn’t make it automatically constitutional. See California Prop 8 from a few years ago. Voters passed that Prop and it was struck down by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional. You can’t pass laws that are unconstitutional.
I hate to bust your bubble, but there is a place in the app to report improper name. They want the driver to fix this problem. It’s in the app. Customer has improper name. They have added that as a selection. If you need to know more about it I’ll show you how to use it, but I’m picking up A and still picking up B yeah customers ANB pretty crazy but they want us to fix the problem. They could care less too much work for them but when you give feedback about the the rider you make the selections that says improper name have a good one man. I’ll keep sending you everything you need.
Curious…are seatbelt buckled standard? A good argument could be that if seat belt buckles are not standard across all vehicles, then the driver should probably keep one if they are offering rides to the public. If they are standard, then bring your own extender you “fat”.

Does Uber still have quests? I'm from south Florida and for the first time in a quarter of a year, I started to see surges on the map and we are having a flood warning here.
6:00 p.m. 6/24/24....it's just ludicrous what UBER is paying their Drivers since I started in 2017....the more market share they have and more money they make....they pay us significantly less!!!!! A multibillion $$$ company jilting the hell out of us!!! Especially the distances we have to drive to get the rider and the distances we have to travel and back for $5...$6...$8 or $9 . ..its NUTS!!!!! We take our lives in our hands every single time we go out especially in the heavy crime areas which has worsened over time....and we get penalized if we decline those trips for own safety....we're penalized in our ratings!! In our upstate New York area we have suffered a great increase in crime.... shootings....etc. We should be paid well over 50% a ride....not $6.00 in a $15.00 ride....are u serious??????? Surges are a joke!! And who can afford ammentitie when we're not even being paid close to what we're worth....and the tips aren't even there like they used to be because of the excelerating prices.....
In Chicago I get weekend only quests and this weekend (6/14-6/18) I chose lowest because I don’t drive as much and for 20 trips I would get an extra $25. 😡🤦🏻♀️😞

In the Charleston SC area. Taxis are cheaper than Uber and Lyft. Guess things are changing back. Bring Y ride here!

I've had a couple of passengers that were too big to buckle up. Gave the ride anyway.
