The authentic original dhaba is that where you and chris take your dinner...the speciallity is that food tast and also it is cheaper compare to any restaurant , price is like 480 here but if you in any restaurant then price is around approx 800+.

I like when they practise pronouncing the words slowly with careful pronunciation (and missing articles and prepositions and in the present tense, to make it simpler), like Indians, so that they can make themselves understood to people who are not that fluent in English but can easily carry a conversation.

Comparing this food Vlog with the one which they had at Varq is just mind blowing. I can tell they had an authentic Indian food here. In expensive restaurants they do some Fusion with Foreign cuisins and mess up the real cuisine. Food was literally mouth watering.😋

There are many unique ice cream flavours like guava, jamun, sitafal, pan, kesar...i tried spicy guava flavour once and i almost started hating ice creams after that. It was spicy and something i will never try. But i would recommend you to try it because you will only find it in india 😂

Samosas are veg by default. That masala potato filling is the typical samosa. All the other fancy ones you see like non-veg, sea-food or noodle samosa etc are novelty items.
@CoCo hmmm, i understand what you mean, but the Samosa is an Indian dish (despite what may have been foreign origins as some may claim) and the typical or correct version is the one with the aaloo. people in other countries are selling novelty spin-offs that may sell more wherever they are. Like pizza is Italian, and you can put whatever you want on it, like cauliflower, paneer, eggplant bhajja, or pineaples or make it out of ice cream like baskin robbins, but the original recipie remains the original recipie, right.

That white sweet ball was "RASGULLA" not white gulab jamun bro😊🙏. Gulab jamuns are made from refined wheat flour/ khoya ( dry milk) mixed together to form a dough then dipped in sugar syrup While Rasgullas are made from cottage cheese (paneer) and kept in sugar syrup👍

Not sure if you have already tried this Indian bread called missi roti, if not then do try it. It goes very well with palak or sarso ka saag or with dal makhni as well.. These are hot in nature and mostly eaten/available in winters but in a good dhaba/restaurant it should be available throughout the year..
They were talking about Tilla Kulfi. That's what we used to consider ice cream before India was introduced to ice creams. Have it from a local hawker - they make it from scratch. Don't have it at any upscale shop - they use manufactured mixes which won't give authentic taste.
An advice For Chris and max dont have Chai Before heavy meal its not good for health nor for stomach other than that tea can be have at any time mostly in breakfast and evening breakfast but not before heavy meal that doesnt go well before lunch or after nor B4 dinner or after.. and milk tes mostly insultes in blood stream due to it Higher sugar content having a Cup of tea is enough for day rather having consistently
