khichdi is not only a south Indian dish, khichdi is one of the most ancient Indian dishes, so all of the regions of Indian subcontinent have some kind of variation of khichdi.
I doubt they've the word kichdi in the south. There's a dish called kichadi in Kerala but it's a curd based dish no rice in it. I think he's confused the two.

In India before they serve you beer at a restaurant .. they hold the bottle in front of you.. its not because they are showing off their finest beer... it means they are asking you touch the bottle and approve if the beer temperature is cool/cold enough for u and whether you are ok for it to be opened up and served to you.

it was bear u dont really get that drunk the alcohol concentration is at about 3-4% maybe a little more that should be easily handled by a man and the crazy drunks u see on the roads most often drink cheap desi daru (mathanol) which is actually hazardus to the human body and the bear sold in legal shops contain ethyle alcohol which can be safely ejected by the body. hence thats the science behind it. this should resolve the confution why u dont see ppl acting crazy drinking branded liquor but see crazy people dancing on the streets (and most of the times these r the ppl who cant buy good quality liquor)
That's light beer you have to drink a lot of that to even get a good kick.. i need continuous 5-6 large strong beers to get me high enough to enjoy.. drinking 3 large light beer while eating you feel absolutely nothing after 15 minutes you finished drinking.
You should give a try to mango ras (aam ras) in summer vacation it's very 😋tasty and refreshing in summer season, made out of raw mangoes, if not you can try an alternate mango milkshake 🥤

Sorry to say but 4 to 7% alcohol is not enough to get high. I need atleast 3 beers 😂
