I'm 13 days on keto and feel amazing and full of energy, I replaced the butter with ghee i made and i used crunchy natural peanut butter and used the microwave technique. I put pink salt on top of half of my bombs. Subbed and can't wait to look and try more of your videos
I made these with the butter and coconut oil portions reversed because I was low on coconut oil. Turned out great!! They are a very special treat and satisfy the desire for dessert. Thank you!
I made these today. They're in the freezer now and I can't wait to try them out. I used PB2 powder instead of peanut butter (just to use it up). Also, I used closer to 1/3 cup of Stevia and about a half tsp of vanilla. I also stirred constantly over low heat for about 5 minutes to incorporate. It definitely needs !
I made these using Nestle Dark Chocolate powder, which made it a little strong at first, but after the 3rd one (over 3 days) I was hooked. The Swerve works great.Thank you.
made these tonight with the hubby, we added an extra 1/2 teaspoon of our sweetener (lakanto) and love it, helps cut the bitterness of the cocoa powder. we used salted butter and it tastes fine. thank you for this awesome recipe.
I really enjoy your videos. You’re great in explaining what is needed and what you’re doing. I’ve been on keto for a couple of years. It’s been the only program I’ve used that I have been able to keep my weight off. Great job!!!
Thank you so much. We started keto a week ago and I'm planning to make my first fat bombs. This is the easiest recipe I've seen so far, very simple ingredients. Thank you so much.
I've been making these for years I put them in a little Jelly Bean molds it helps with portion control. I freeze mine first and then I keep mine in the fridge I don't have a problem with them getting soft. I add a little almond extract flavoring and sometimes I will crack salt or even sprinkle Cayenne on top before I put them in the freezer. Yummy. I want to try experimenting with different flavorings like maybe caramel. Also chopping up almonds or pecans and mixing it in before you pour the chocolate in your mold is a nice treat
Couple observations here Cast iron skillet on stove along with stainless steel pot and no teflon coated pans. My kind of cook! Great straight forward presentation. Looks good
One thing I've found with inspiration is that if you make sure to learn something every day about what you're involved with, it helps keep the interest level up. Do that learning in the morning before you do anything else and you won't get distracted away from it. Also, the more you learn about keto/low carb, the better you'll be with it.
Thanks for the advice. I am taking meds for for hypothyroid. I've heard keto isn't great for that condition and there's so much info out there that warns and contradicts.
These were super easy and tasted great - definitely helped with the intense sweet cravings. I did use a mini-muffin tin for mine and just greased it with coconut oil & they popped right out. Thanks!
Hi everyone. I only just learned this! On the left side bottom is the title chocolate and peanut butter cups etc. TAP ON THE TITLE AND ALL KINDS OF INFO APPEARS. INCLUDING THE INGREDIENTS AND WEB SITE INFO! HOPE THIS HELPS YOU TOO. HAPPY KETO linda pruss.
I made these last night and had 2 (small molds) with my coffee this morning. Sooo easy and delicious! Great pre-cardio workout treat!!😋 Great keto recipe!!
I made these for the first time yesterday, but wasn't sure of WHEN it was appropriate to have them. Thank you for putting that info in your video. Just subscribed!
Okay, you got me, subscribed. This is the third recipe from your channel I've printed out this morning. I will be trying your Keto Pizza Casserole tonight. Thank you for the recipes.
These are superb, Dot. I played around with the recipe a bit because I had several dark chocolate bars and no cocoa powder. The macros still worked for us and the bombs were delish! I have to make up a double batch for the freezer because the hubby (who is not a known peanut butter fan, btw) snarfs them two at a time.
Making these today. I have never made them with butter so this will be new to me. I also add a little fine pink salt. Hope 39 minutes passes quickly. 😀
Linda Taylor go to the printable section and it will take you to website and it gives you the whole list of ingredients and the recipe without printing it.
might not be getting the same vitamins and minerals as meat and leafy greens but cocao does contain some really great things. ill be using avacado oil and raw macadamian nutss. tnx alot!
I like fat bombs. I have done 2 kinds. Lemon cheesecake and coconut flavored. I have been meaning to make these. Fat bombs last me a long time. I still have lemon ones but I will definitely try these as well.
Didi1770 let me know if you enjoy them. It's more dark chocolate taste (with coconut) and I know not everyone likes dark. Im hoping to make some lemon cheesecake fat bombs soon. My tastebuds always crave lemon in the summer.
Of course you can, but your taste buds may or may not like unsweetened chocolate. Unsweetened chocolate is very bitter to most people. I don't have a problem with chocolate that's 85% dark (I haven't tried 90% yet). So you may want to use a dark chocolate rather than unsweetened.
Ingredients: ¼ C butter, unsalted ½ C extra virgin coconut oil ¼ C natural peanut butter, unsweetened ¼ C cocoa powder, unsweetened *1 tsp. of Swerve (or low carb sweetener of choice
Ryan, I put all that in the video description itself. Below video. On a phone, click the arrow to the right of the title. If on a computer, may have to click "show more" under the video before the chat starts. Cheers.
Ryan, this is one of my older videos where I only gave a little bit of macros. My newer videos have more. For your convenience, cutting/pasting from the description here: Makes about 24 (1 per serving) Total carbs per serving: 1.3g Total net carbs per serving: 0.7g The recipe is basically all fat though, but again, I didn't get the fat count in.
Wow!! I really enjoy watching your Podcast,.. I will definitely give these a try,.. thank you for letting me know to only eat 1- peanut butter bombs.. Lol...😁👍💯😊💕

Great idea on the vanilla. I agree.
What brand of stevia?
I have been doing keto for two weeks. I will be making them this weekend. Thank you so much!
Great recipe. I added a little sea salt to the top of them when they were setting up in the freezer. Taste great...
Ooh...I bet that added a nice savory taste! Awesome.
I tried the sea salt but didn’t like it. Probably because I forgot & used the butter with salt. Of course I still ate them & got used to it.😄
I made these using Nestle Dark Chocolate powder, which made it a little strong at first, but after the 3rd one (over 3 days) I was hooked. The Swerve works great.Thank you.

Thank you so much. We started keto a week ago and I'm planning to make my first fat bombs. This is the easiest recipe I've seen so far, very simple ingredients. Thank you so much.
Instead of a sugar substitute, I use English Toffee Sugar Free Coffee Syrup . Gives them a great taste.
I thought about caramel extract with pink sea salt. I wonder if that would work. I sadly see she doesn't respond to comments 😔
Definitely trying these on the weekend. Thanks for sharing

Thanks, I’m going to make tomorrow. Maybe I’ll add a touch of vanilla. You look so good by the way.
Thank you!
crush a walnut along with the vanilla - Malo cup
This makes it sooooo much easier to give smaller meal portions to one's kids and also mitigates the need for snack foods in the pantry.
Just found you earlier today and I'm inspired. I turned 50 this past week and REALLY hope it sticks this time...

Robert Hays... promise, it's my first time.
Robert Hays ok. Laughing my head off because i just realized why you asked if it was my first time turning 50! Lololololollooolll!😂😂😂
Thank you, I use this recipe all the time. It’s so ez to make this way
These were super easy and tasted great - definitely helped with the intense sweet cravings. I did use a mini-muffin tin for mine and just greased it with coconut oil & they popped right out. Thanks!
That's great! Thanks for letting me know how it turned out. Hope the cravings go away :)

I personally added a little more sugar than recommended but ended up being perfect. Thanks so much!
I would use the glass measuring cup in the pan like a double boiler.
If you replace the coconut oil for cacao butter you will be able to keep them in the fridge. They also taste more chocolaty ;)
Great tip!
where do you find cacao butter
Someone had probably asked about proportions of ingredients but that should be reason enough to pull this one and redo this video. Love Dot
The ingredients and instructions are in the video description.
Thank you Dot! We are trying these this evening!
Thank you for posting the recipe!
My pleasure!
No amounts sooo just wing it?
I do these and drop a macadamia nut right begore pouring. They add a crunchy salty goodness...mmm
Just made these.. except I doubled the sweetener. Amazing!
I made these for the first time yesterday, but wasn't sure of WHEN it was appropriate to have them. Thank you for putting that info in your video. Just subscribed!

Want to make these tomorrow but I'm not sure of amounts. I have all the ingredients. Thanks for the recipe 😘
I made this recipe and it was delicious! Thanks!
Loved it . you are so neat and clean .
Just made these today. They are wonderful! My husband and I like that they're not sweet. That might trigger cravings. Thank you for the recipe.
You should check your refrigerator temp if they are softening in there. 39-40* F
Thank you so much for share the recipe. I made already. Really super yummy. I love it. My friend love it too. Thank you so much again.
Luv this recipe! Thanks so much! Luv your videos

Awesome :) glad it worked out!
thank you for the printable recipe
Cool recipe, I'm going to try and add a little pink Himalayan sea salt.
Use Himalayan pink sugar
Love your recipes!
Love how well you described everything
Thanks for the recipe.
video starts at 4:47
Thank you, that helps.
Omg thank you. She definitely likes to repeat herself and overly explain.
I would eat all of these at once. I'm going to cut the recipe in half. These look delicious.
I definitely over microwaved my version two too many times. I just use the sauce pan over the stove. Saves clean up.
Thanks for sharing, loved it
Making these today. I have never made them with butter so this will be new to me. I also add a little fine pink salt. Hope 39 minutes passes quickly. 😀
Hi Dot! These look great, but I have developed a reaction to peanuts in my older years. I'm going to try these with almond butter!
Just ate more!! These are the best I’ve tasted because of the texture. I’ll go no farther.
They're my favorite too :) Glad you like!
These look great, got to try xxx
Love it , will try these yay.
Gr8 video, I'm definitely going to try these, cheers
cant wait to make! thank you
I love chocolate mint fat bombs, they are the only ones I’ve made. Will def try these. My sister loves the peanut butter ones.
Great idea!! Thx
Like this thanks!!! I'm going to try it today !
Thanks
These look really good! I'm going to make them tonight. Thank you!
i am interested in putting a whole macadamian nut right in the middle or a frozen ball of macadamian nut butter in the middle of the chocolate mixture
Love love love your recipe! Cant wait to try it ❤
Absolutely amazing. More satisfying than a Reese's! Thanks so much.
I need the amounts. I even went on to your blog looking for the recipe. Great explanation. Thank you

These look wonderful! I love how you have an overhead camera when you film your videos! Thanks for the recipe!
Thanks Cindi! And thanks for the feedback on the camera, because I always wonder if people get bothered by that or if they like it.
im going to try it
I miss you Dot💕🎈 you always had awesome recipes💕🎉
Thank you 😋
OMG!!! That looks so good!
Heh, well thanks. We love them :)
It would help if you gave the amount of each ingredient for each batch?
Thanks so much. Explained. Very well. I am going to try this ASAP.
Can I opt out of adding sweetener?
Of course you can, but your taste buds may or may not like unsweetened chocolate. Unsweetened chocolate is very bitter to most people. I don't have a problem with chocolate that's 85% dark (I haven't tried 90% yet). So you may want to use a dark chocolate rather than unsweetened.
Thank you for your response! I do actually like the bitter taste! willl give it a try!
What are the measures for each ingredient??
So excited to try this recipe!
you are a good instructor.....and the recipe is awesome!!! :)
Aw, too kind! Thanks a lot :)
Sorry, but what are the quantities for the different ingredients? I did not see any quantities... ??
You're amazing! Thank you! Loved watching you cook
Thank you!
Many thanks......easy to make...tasted great....more than satisfied my sweet craving & kept me on the straight & narrow.....😉👍👏👏👏

just found and plan to make. Yum!
That's it... this will be the first recipe I'll try. Thanks!
Awesome! Hope you like. We really enjoyed them.
What are the measurements of each ingredient?
Can I use cacao powder for this recipe
YES!!!!
I got excited......until the ingredients list. I can't have the coconut oil. Any sub suggestions? Just more butter?
Delicious! Of course I fight candy addiction and these are close to real thing and a lot less carbs than to buy sugar free.
Good job! Thanks for sharing.
Can I use monk fruit for the sweetener?
How to do clean your silicon molds?
I don't like coconut. Do these have a coconut taste? Thanks.
Did you use granulated or powdered sweetener?
If someone made this using grams instead of cups measurement, please share the quantities. Thanks.
Great videos Dot!!
Thanks for the recipe. I made them and they are very good !
Thank you! 🤗😊
I tried a little different peanut butter cups today.
Love the video, however, you didn't state how much of the ingredients you were using, so I have no idea. can you let me know? thank you

Ryan, I put all that in the video description itself. Below video. On a phone, click the arrow to the right of the title. If on a computer, may have to click "show more" under the video before the chat starts. Cheers.
K I looked haha I'll look better this time
Ryan, this is one of my older videos where I only gave a little bit of macros. My newer videos have more. For your convenience, cutting/pasting from the description here:
