    If you like a stiffer center, add powdered sweetener as desired like you would powdered sugar or even some peanut flour if you don't want it too sweet and it will make the center like a reeses.

    I made keto peanut butter fudge with natural PB (stirred in all that oil on top) and simply added Allulose. It tasted exactly like the inside of a Reese cup! So now I'll experiment with the chocolate outside part using your recipe. Reese cups today taste nothing like they did in the 60's. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself! Thanks for the recipe!

    wow really do look easy, the smuckers is a great choice, but I have noticed in my past experience with chocolate and peanut butter deserts the peanut butter you choose can make a huge difference, I remember the lunch lady used to make home made reeses cups and I'd swear the cheaper the peanut butter the better it was

    Next time you make them try chilling the muffin liners first when you add the melted chocolate to the muffin liner pick it up and roll the chocolate around the outside of the muffin liner this should give you a little cup of chocolate that will make the bottom a little thinner and when you add the top layer of chocolate it will contain the peanut butter within the chocolate cup.

    • @smartanajones4u
      @smartanajones4u 5 років тому +1

      Huh???🤔. Why would you roll chocolate around on the outside of the liner??? That would be messy, and a waste of chocolate

    • @scottrice4431
      @scottrice4431 5 років тому +4

      Sorry I meant the inner wall of the muffin or cupcake liner.
      So basically create a cup of chocolate inside the liner before adding the peanut butter.
      Hope that explains it better.

    Walmart organic natural peanut butter actually has better macros than Smuckers. I just made some by mixing the PB with coconut flour and erythritol, and then mixing cocoa powder, coconut oil, PB, erythritol, stevia drops and a touch of salt for the chocolate sauce. They taste amazing, and don't require ridiculously expensive special chocolate chips.

    Stevia is ok but monk fruit is even better and it is pretty easy to measure at a 1:1 ratio to sugar
