How To Improve Your Karate Kata 👊🏽😃🥋

In this video, I demonstrate how I train each combination of kata. I breakdown each kata into combinations and train each combination using this method.
1) I practice the arm techniques
2) I perform techniques slow and gradually build up speed and power
3) I introduce stances gradually until the whole combination is completed
4) I execute the whole combination full speed and power with the correct timing
In this example, I am training Unsu Shotokan Kata.
