Just did the Paris to Ancaster race close to 3000 riders in it. Big race here in Ontario Canada. My first time raced the 40 km on a fatbike it was awesome!!!! :)

Recently bought a new bike after 8 years of not riding due to having children which took priority in my life. Now they’re older and I’ve found GMBN, the videos are very helpful and more importantly help to get me enthused to get out there and nail some trails. Thanks guys, keep up the good work! 👍🏻

I thought having your bike upside down was bad for hydraulic brakes.... I'm new... it's what I was told..

I'm an older rider starting back after a 10 year break. This bike exceeds my capabilities and has been easy to get comfortable riding. I'm mostly on easy trails with almost no street riding and have not been disappointed with the performance of the bike. My fitness level is far below what I previously rode with and because of that the mileage is going on the bike slowly. While I'm losing weight slowly, the bike seems to tolerate my 220 pounds just fine. The bike has been used by several family members ranging from 5'5" - 5'9".

Is it possible to remove your air suspension, (from a santa Cruz Nomad) attach a coil around it and then put it back in your bike?

Depends what fork you have but you can find coil conversions for some forks yes!

Great video as you'd expect with Blake. We did a lot of this route on gravel bikes, including the pump track at the bike park, it was bloody amazing. Highly recommend a day on the Island. I was wondering how long it would take you to get bored of fire road descents and start making your own jumps.. descent 4 was your limit haha.

You should check out the GCN channel. There you learn that you shouldnt eat while climbing because of the heavy breathing and chewing, that doesnt work so good.^^
