Just made this exactly as you did 2 hours ago. Will let you know how it turned out tomorrow!! Ok.. So today i cut it. And the flavor..OMG! TOO FRIKN GOOD! However my texture came out just like yours as well. And after sitting in the fridge that long..it should be more stiff. So i made another one this morning and the only thing i did differently was use half cup of whipping cream instead of one cup and this one came out pperfect! It stiffened quicker and it has a more cheesecake texture. But overall.. Absolutely yummy! TFS Queen
