- Turn 3 is the fastest way you can cheat out a big fatty, and manifest dread is the only way to do it now in standard (since Fight Rigging rotated). That will change next month with MTG Foundations, but this is currently the fastest.

@darkstar9793 It's a miced bag of fun. Lots of feels bad when you manifest lands and the next card was the fatty. But when it does go off, it's a lot of fun.
Bobi this deck has some wild highs and wild lows! This is a bit painful to watch. 😅
Also that mono red got me to platinum before the month ended so that was incredibly helpful. Not gonna lie hitting someone for 21 damage on turn 3 is so satisfying.
@@Ytoc67 Yeah, this deck is a rollercoaster. Popping off on turn 3 is awesome, but constantly whiffing on manifest dread is painful.
And you aren't supposed to enjoy the monored deck! It's a tool to rank up, but it's not for enjoyment. Please don't turn jnto a monored gamer!
@@bobibrews I have no good decks on arena and spent all the wild cards i had to make something that can rank up. A tool for the greater jank!
If I can get enough wild cards to do the smugglers suprise atraxa deck thats what i will do 😅
@Ytoc67 I would then recommend you grind at standard Bo1 events instead of ranked ladder. Get to the rank you want for the month, then use the monored at Bo1 events to farm gold. If you can, switch over to limited when you have enough gold for a quick draft. That will help build the collection. But I feel your pain. I used to do free to play and struggled to have a full collection with a 2 year standard, and now we have 3 years.
@@bobibrews Okay. Yeah playing arena feels real bad when you don't get actual cards. Much prefer paper to digital but I usually only play a few times a week enough to do dailies and nothing else so it's been slow. I will take your advice on that then.
Nice Brew!...I wonder if adding some cheap scry mechanic creatures to help with Manifest, and for blocking aggro? 🤔
@@1adamantium1 The thing with scrying is you need something that scries 2 or more. If it's a scry/surveil 1, it's not as useful since it only helps you that turn. Invasion of Pyrulea, which I'm trying in a different deck, could help because it's a scry 3.
@1adamantium1 And for anti-agro I just have the 4x Into the Floodmaw. It's simic, so you can't kill anything. Flipping an Atraxa or Valgavoth is your best defense against aggro because of lifelink.

sick deck idea! i think if you got more big hitters in it and less smaller spells it would go even crazier
@T.G.753 Thanks! I tried a few variations and ended up cutting a few fatties to put in the bounce spells so that it wasn'tan immediate loss against anything hitting the battlefield. The other spells are pretty much all either manifesting or flipping the face down, so there is not that much room to cut.
Another way to flip the tokens in blue would be Gossip Talent. But slower to get to lvl 3, very iffy.
@mae.1651 yeah, I considered it, but a total of 8 mana is a lot when I really want flip them on turn 3 or 4. I get it that many games go longer, but this essentially takes up turns 2, 3, and 4, and you only had one mana on turns 1 and 3 to do anything else. Much too slow.
Its funny and interesting tbh. Would add lilysplash mentor, a frog that blinks stuff but the deck loses obviusly vs good meta decks

@maurisosa-kfpfroghero2636 If I thought it had a better chance against the meta, I would have started fine tuning it. My decks always start as 4x of everything and slowly move towards more 3x and some 1x. The Lilysplash was on my radar to include, but it felt expensive and slow. If I had played more, I would probably have removed 1 of the other frogs for it to try it out. Maybe cut 1 portal since it's not as impactful as the other fatties. I hust never got to that phase and chose to record and move on since it's too random.

I didn't make this as a good deck, I made it cause it's the fastest way to cheat in the fatties. But yes, it's somewhat underpowered and inconsistent.

Besides, I just posted a video about what is the most S tier deck I have ever played, easily dismantling everything in the format. I had to balance it out with some jank. In fact, this went 3-3 (50%), so if anything, it wasn't jank enough.
