Gday mate , I collect coins but have been trying to collect notes since I found your channel . They are very interesting, mum just came back from New Zealand and got me a NZ $50 $20 $10 $5 . They have very nice designs but are polymer notes like here in Australia. Cool channel keep up the good work 👍
Hey brother from Down Under sounds like. Short funny story. The wife and I were supposed to visit Australia (retirement trip) in March. We were unaware that we needed travel visas to couple with our passports. We finally got everything resolved, and we will traveling there this Fall. I'm hopeful that I can continue to expand on my foreign note collection. Polymers and all 😅😊😅. I think AUS/ NZ notes are awesome. The polymer makes them unique and that's one heck of a security feature. I'm glad you found the channel. I'm all for it. Get into paper currency. Check out some of the channels I mentioned on my "Money Talks" episode. Those channels are really informative. I want to get a little more into coins. Thanks for the support. Think my Uncle a marine based in the Pacific he was a payroll officer and called these stick money stick money instead of counting you use to stick to measure the height of bills to pay the locals.
As a retired servicemen (Army). I sincerely thank your uncle for his time in service and providing a serious morale building factor for all Soldiers. They're payroll. Nice, I had that happen to me once from an eBay seller. There are some very good sellers out there. I do not have a lot of foreign currency at this time. A few pieces that my parents got from Italy, England & Germany a long time ago before the euro. I also have several of the devil's head Canadian bills. I found a couple more 007 notes in recent searches. Have a good day LT
Yeah some people (Ebay seller's) are awesome people, and know how to build customer satisfaction. That gesture just looked me in for life. So that individual is my sole supplier for that type of currency. Your foreign note collection sounds really solid. Especially if those notes predate the Euro. Nice. You have the best family.
