Because he is playable using cheats, and the controls were not developed to play as Chainman Eddie, so he has a limited number of moves available and the one hand grab is not one of them.
Look this game is legendary okay this is the fighting game this crap off today and part 2 is long overdue legend of the masked fighter no pick your sex crazed killer or some crazy military mailman guy who spits on the enemy after beating them for some homeless bum we just got back from the welfare office plus the three year heroes or the mask warrior himself and climb to the top and get that money and that head action at the end of the game and the biker guy get inside the pit and get it on cc rider
