I think it’s probably a good deal. The Princeton sounds great as far as I can tell. Fabulous cleans, great trem and verb and I believe we are hearing just your phone mic without you even rolling through the tones.The parts alone are approximately $1500 and that doesn’t count the p2p wiring labor. A new HW PRRI is $2750 before tax. If the vibro needed a bunch of work and your happy with the tone, good deal in my opinion. I’m thinking about building one myself. It’s funny how we all thought the 3 bolts were crap for years and the 5 way didn’t start until ‘74 I think. Get your toothpicks or matchsticks out! You may be able to get a custom faceplate with your name or something other than blank space. That would be nice. I’d say you came out on the good end especially if you enjoy it.

Thanks. I agree with what you say. I had no idea a HW Princeton was that expensive. I would have guessed around $1800.
