If you think Israel is going to reward this attack with some sort of sovereignty for palestine you’re sorely mistaken… If anything, it made things worse. Saudi Arabia and other countries were on the way to peace treaties with Israel that would advance this situation. Although the majority of Americans now see the Israelis unfavorably it is not sufficient. The problem is most Americans do not feel this is an important issue, i.e. they think Biden is wrong about Israel but they are still going to vote for him for other reasons. If the Palestinians are to be saved we need to convince more Americans that this is a red line issue.
The other issue is that Trump is even worse on Palestine
They also wanted to remind Arab nations not to naturalise relations with Israel, which was the direction the Saudi's were going for example.

The hostages are just a selection of varying ages, to highlight the absurdity of the Palestinians held hostage by Israel. The western world calls them terrorists but the majority of the world recognises them as a resistance group.

Cheering a “government” body for using the largest amount of international aid in the world to build bombs and tunnels over infrastructure, technology and the betterment of their populace is an interesting argument.
We are watching thier strategy play out successfully on social media. Thier entire strategy was to provoke this reaction and end the state via political means. It's working.

Some were won through dialogues as well like Partition of India and Pakistan although financial loss of Britain in WW2 also played some role.

Yes, and it's not just Hamas. There are at least four groups engaged in armed resistance in Gaza at the moment. Though they seem to have a certain amount of military communication with each other, they are all doing their own thing and, more importantly, they have different political objectives. I have listed them here in order of military activity, but have rather speculatively promoted the PFLP to third place in view of the recent increase in their actions:
* Hamas (Al Qassam Brigades)
* Palestinian Islamic Jihad (Al-Quds Brigades) An affiliate of the Muslim Brotherhood.
* People's Front for the Liberation of Palestine (Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades) Leniney socialists. They are nominally members of the PLO, but are currently boycotting participation due to disputes.
* Fatah (Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades) Members of the PLO. They describe themselves as social democrats. They tried to stage a coup after Hamas was elected in Gaza in 2006 and a bitter civil war between them lasted until the following year.
I have seen claims of up to 10 and even 12 armed groups engaged in the current fighting, but I've not seen evidence of others than those above. Either that claim is just propaganda or maybe someone is counting different brigades or units of the same same organisation separately.
ISRAEL Action in Gaza is justified and understandable. Israel actions is actually an Act of Resistance against Hamas to pressure it to release the hostages
There are many tiny factions in Gaza, just like in the West Bank, which have been around a long time, such as Popular Resistance Committee (Salahuddin Brigades). This is not a secret.
Hamas, PIJ and PFLP are part of a bloc that oppose PLO and Fatah based on their opposition to Oslo Accords. They used to be so closely linked that any attack from any of these factions from Gaza would mean Israel would hold all of them culpable. I don't know if that is still the case, but there is still much cooperation.
Hamas is closer to the Brotherhood than PIJ. The former is effectively Palestinian branch of the MB. The latter is a breakaway of MB that predates Hamas but not officially sanctioned by MB.
A recently established Mujahideen Brigades consists of former Fatah supporters, and seem to be more powerful than PFLP.
The Al Aqsa Martyrs brigades whilst being Fatah affiliate still only represents the militant trend in Fatah, but not Fatah leadership due to Oslo. Whilst Fatah's Presidential Guards and Mohammed Dahlan attempted to overthrow Hamas, I don't think Al Aqsa Martyrs brigade participated. In fact the plot to overthrow Hamas also included the plot to weaken Al Aqsa Martyrs, as they both denounce Oslo and favour armed resistance. The Al Aqsa Martyrs brigade also participated in Oct 7. In fact Hamas also wants Fatah's Marwan Barghouti freed from Israeli prison as only he can unite the Palestinians of West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalme, refugee camps and diaspora.
Indeed, it bears noting that Al Aqsa has recently even put out statements disagreeing with Abbas/Fatah Central Committee.
Meanwhile Hamas has been empowered to negotiate on behalf of all resistance groups in ceasefire talks, so “they communicate some but have different political objectives” is maybe underselling the coordination going on.
Sure, there are several factions, but they can't admit it. By lumping all those groups under one name -H- it assigns blame one single "ideological terrorist" group. If they admitted there were lots of independent groups acting independently, they'd have to start calling it the Palestinian resistance, and that would reframe the narrative entirely.
There’s also the National Resistance Brigades of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine which is a split-off org of PFLP. In contrast to PFLP being Marxist-Leninist, the DFLP is Maoist-Leninist.
They always try to frame the Palestinian Resistance as Islamist akin to ISIS but they swept the secular factions under the rug whom are composed of Palestinian Christians and Muslims.

While ure in the Wright direction, however you are missing a very important point, that is their negotiation strategies, they aim to free 3 verry important resistance figures
1-the octopus of the resistance
2-abdallah al-barghouthi, the creator of their weabons development and manufacturing of weabons teams for the resistance, he is a genius.
3-marrwan al barghouthi "the arabic nelson mandela", he is not from hammas he is from fatah he was supposed to be next in line after yasser arafat and is loved by all Palestinians even hamas although he is secular, hamas wants him out to topple the corrupt Palestinian president and be the legit gov in Palestine and that is why the PA is against him getting out and so is israel.
In early October, US military analysts like Scott Ritter noted that with Al-Aqsa Flood, Hamas quickly succeeded in completing their military and political objectives in a day, while noting that Israel would never be able to achieve any of their political and military objectives ever (largely because they were emotional, uninformed, and impossible goals, like eradicating Hamas)

I’m do not think your analysis of Hamas aims and lack of care about loss of life is accurate.i don’t think that Hamas would have expected Israel to carry out a genocide and I do not think that Hamas surrender will help. Something I heard was that Hamas was having trouble engaging with Israel army because the IDF was more focused on the civil population and the HAMAS had to use the Israel evacuation orders( when they divided the strip into 100’s of blocks) to go to the IDF to take up the fight.
I myself also think that Hamas military army took hostages and detained a number of Israeli citizens to ensure that the Israeli military would focus more on accurate and precise military operations instead of...destruction and massacre...

6:06 indeed, D.O.M (denial of movement) using fortified corridors and tunnel blockades are important when dealing with a highly urbanized enviroment where the enemy embeds itself with the civillian population and travels quite freely, Hamas cannot engage in a large scale confrontation, they have to run which is destructive instead of fighting terror army to conventional army, Israel has ended up in a very bloody chase of Hamas and its terrorist allies when the solution would be to encircle, pervent sub surface movement, divide, clear out sectors 1 by 1 and pervent further movement into the area. Do not be mistaken however, alot of Hamas terrorists, even their more competant forces, lack fundumental mechanical skill to engage in aim duels, the Kalashnikov platforms are also inferior in terms of range and accuracy on a distance than the M4 which is the standard issue rifle in IDF, lack of stocks further reduce controlability and stability of the rifle, the acog scope which is sometimes issued with the M4, further increases the difference of output (skill + elevation advntg + weaponry advntg)
