Concrete Slab Pour and Shocking Update :(

Welcome Back to our Cliffside Retreat Series. It is a HUGE day as we are finally pouring our concrete slab. If you have been following along, we brought you along as we addressed the major foundation issues this cliffside property faced. We got rid of the old existing, cracked concrete slab, dug out huge holes for our new case-ons, tied the case-ons to a series of grade-beams, and now we are tying the grade-beams into the concrete slab!
In this video, we take you through the process of pouring the concrete slab.
We start by preparing the ground and setting up the formwork to ensure that the slab is level and how all of our foundation pieces are tied together.
As we pour the slab, we demonstrate how to use a screed to level the surface and ensure that the slab is smooth and even. Our expert team on finishers, meticulously worked over the area ensuring an even, level surface.
