That made me cry. I know how hard it is to loss a parent. In April it was a year that I lost my dad to cancer and in November I almost lost my Mom to a stroke. But thank the good Lord she's still with us.
This is absolutely amazing. I'm a man, and I could NEVER speak about my mother on such a public forum...because I love her so much. We've been through a lot, and I definitely have had ups and many more downs. I almost pray that she outlives me because I don't know how I'd live without her.

Steve, I know how you feel. I too lost my MOM 16 years ago and it's tough. Especially on her birthday, Mother's Day and Christmas. I was crying right along with you. The young men at my church would sing the theme song from the movie "Soul Food" for Mother's Day and I could not take it. I can't even watch that movie because that lady played out my Mother in that movie. Steve hang on in there we are gonna be alright!

I have empathy for Steve Harvey because my mom is no longer living either. She died when I was 5 yrs old due to cancer, and there's not day that goes by without me wishing that she was here with me, my siblings, my niece, my father,and the rest of the family. Thank God 4 mothers.

Your mom taught you right. If you live by Bible principles you can't go wrong. Psalms 37:9-11 gives hope as does all of God's promises.
