I know you said there are 493 unscheduled ranger orders as of last week, does that mean mine would likely be scheduled for March? Or would it be later? (Don’t know how many units they produce per month)
Tim, I think for Super Duty the plant only has 20% capacity and the order bank has 60% of the orders wanting the 5th wheel prep. If you want your truck built, have the dealer delete the 5th wheel from the order and have it installed later at the dealer.
FYI Was scheduled for week of Feb 3rd for a 2025 loaded red Maverick Lariat Hybrid AWD and got text from Ford yesterday that it’s been delayed to week of 17th.
Mine got delayed from Feb 17th to Feb 24th. Based on you getting two weeks delay earlier in the queue, I wouldn't be surprised if I get another delay notification.
I assume you are talking about the Maverick. They will have a small number of job 2 built in January as part of Mass Production 1 but the full production start of job 2 is supposed to take place after 2/3.
Hello, I have a build date of 2/10/25 on a 2025 F250 Lariat with a 7.3 gas. It will be sent to a dealer in North Carolina. Are the build date accurate and when should I expect delivery?
I would assume your build date is accurate depending on where you received the information of the build date. Sometimes the dates move around. As long as it is built and shipped right away, you could probably see a mid March delivery.
They are producing Broncos for 2 weeks in March and I believe only 2.7L engines. So there is a small chance you could get a March build date but it is very plausible that it will be April before you will get a build date.
Thank you for this, this was very informative, i do have a couple questions - i placed an order 19 for 2025 Maverick XLT Lariat blackout trim 4k tow hybrid - in theory could i expect a build date to begin in February ? and Delivery March? i know i'm wishing for the stars here but curious can we tell based on the order # from ford or just wait on the updates from ford. I have a sub 10k order number for my new truck and really just want it like everyone else out there :D Thanks for what you do!
As mentioned in the terminology section it depends on dealer allocations and number of orders unscheduled. More than likely you are looking at March build date with April delivery.
You can't order a 2025 F-150 Lightning. They are only available through the Retail Replenish Centers. You will need to go on ford.com and find one like you want and have it delivered to your dealer. The 2025s are not available yet.

Love your channel, so what is the turn around on a Maverick eco-boost, should I expect a quicker turn around since it is not a hybrid?

Depends on dealer allocations, orders in their system and your configuration. Not a question I can give a clear answer to.
How will shipping be affected by Ford walking away from contract with car hauler?
Ford works with many different companies. They will get cars to dealers.

Sorry to hear but that does happen. I'm hearing of a lot of delayed build dates. Maybe they are having issues for job 2 updates.
